Hello and welcome,

I'm Danielle Street,

And I will be guiding you during this meditation to magnify self-love for calm and inner peace.

In life many of us feel stressed,

Anxious and worried.

When we show ourselves kindness,

Compassion and self-love,

We create a better world for ourselves and others.

The more comfortable we are in ourselves,

The more we will feel joy in our lives and the more that feeling will radiate out.

As our confidence and self-worth grows,

We consciously nurture our souls,

Helping us to let go of the overwhelm in our lives.

We come home to ourselves and embrace the inner peace and calm we have been longing for.

Let's start by getting comfortable in your seat,

Straighten your spine and allow the energy to flow up and down your body.

Know that you are fully supported where you are sitting,

I invite you to close or soften your eyes and take a grounding breath,

Breathing in for 3,

Hold for 3,

Breathe out for 3.

You might even like to stretch or shake your shoulders and just let go of any energy that's been building up in your body.

Continue to breathe in and out,

Breathing in all the way down to your belly,

Allowing it to rise and breathing out,

Letting go,

There is nowhere to go,

Nowhere to be.

Just be present in this moment,

Feel your feet on the ground,

Allow your breath to return to your normal rhythm of breathing now.

When you connect to your breath,

You become centred and grounded.

Now imagine roots growing down and anchoring you into the earth,

All is quiet inside and out,

You are safe.

Scan your body from head to toe and notice how it feels,

Any aches or pain or maybe not.

Simply embody your feelings and your thoughts,

Observe and don't judge,

Be aware and grateful for your body,

I invite you to place your hand on your heart and feel your heartbeat.

Become aware of your breathing,

Release the tension from your body,

Observe your thoughts and feelings with no judgement,

Your thoughts are just like clouds passing across the sky.

I invite you to allow love to wash over you,

Imagine,

Feel or sense that you are pure love.

Enjoy your inner radiance,

Breathe in love,

Breathe in lightness,

Breathe out and let go of all that feels heavy.

Breathe in playfulness,

Breathe out anxiety and worry,

Breathe in kindness and joy,

Breathe out all that is holding you back.

In this beautiful state of being,

Of pure love,

Give your intuition,

Your higher self,

A moment to have a voice in this safe space.

What message does love have for you?

This message might come to you in the form of words,

A feeling,

A symbol,

Whatever it is,

It's specifically your inner self,

Your heart talking to you.

I will give you a moment to tune in and connect to your inner wisdom and intuition.

Whatever you've received in that beautiful moment of communing with yourself and your own self-love,

Gently take that and place it into your heart.

Allow that moment to be a blessing for you,

Every part of you,

Filling you up and allow that radiant love energy to overflow.

In that magnified state,

Keep sending yourself love,

Really magnify this feeling so you feel it's effervescence rising like tiny bubbles and filling your body from head to toe.

Now imagine,

Sense or feel you are standing in a circle,

Holding hands with those around you and we start by sending that beautiful,

Magical energy of love out to others.

Let's start by sending loving kindness,

Compassion and forgiveness to your family.

Let's see another circle around your inner circle of your friends and continue to send love.

Let's expand that connection now to other people that you know and send them love.

Keep magnifying that beautiful feeling of joy,

Happiness and love and send it out even further to people you don't know all over the world.

Just imagine an even bigger circle around you,

Of connection and energetic love.

Let's expand even further by extending love to all living things,

Knowing that the love you send out is magnified and multiplied a thousand fold and sent back to you.

Really feel into gratitude for the love that you are,

The love that you give and the love you receive.

Allow yourself to become magnetic as you share this wonderful energy out into the world.

Feel the energy of love radiating out,

Really embody its power.

Magnify the gifts of love,

Of kindness,

Compassion,

Empathy,

Inner strength,

Inner peace and the possibilities that await you of living from love,

Of being love and allow that to illuminate your path ahead.

And so it is.

Now I invite you to take a breath,

Bring your energy back into the room and when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Take one more breath.

You're fully present,

You're fully here,

You're fully now.
