A few years ago Dan was in a near fatal car accident. Dan was able to overcome his physical injuries, but the anxiety and depression did not heal on their own. Dan found that meditation and guided imagery helped him to heal mentally and recover the ability to sleep. Dan has written guided imagery as well as music to accompany the imagery. These audio experiences have helped Dan heal, and his hope is that these audio experiences will help others get to a place of peace and healing.
