Dan started practicing yoga to find relief from constant back pain but, through the practice, quickly realized how beneficial the practice was for the mind. Dan suffered from anxiety and depression since he was a teenager and thought that he would have to manage them for the rest of his life. Yoga helped Dan so much that he decided to quit his job and share yoga with anyone willing to listen! His specialties are Yin yoga, yoga nidra, daily pranayama practice, beginner yoga, , and meditation.
