Welcome.
Welcome.
Oftentimes,
We say what we think to be true and we say what we think to be our beliefs.
And sometimes those beliefs come more from our mind and more from what we think we should believe or what we want to believe.
And yet,
In our body,
We may have different beliefs that we've internalized along our journey.
I invite you to take the time to ask your body,
What are the beliefs that my body has inside?
And to hear what comes up.
And close your eyes now.
Inhale and hold.
Let something go.
Inhale deeply.
Hold.
Let something go.
Allow yourself to breathe naturally.
Notice the rising and falling of your body.
Notice the air around your skin.
Allow yourself to connect to the body that holds you.
Arrive here in your skin and in your bones.
In your body,
With your breath.
I invite you to ask your body,
What are the beliefs that I have inside?
And hear what comes up in your body.
There are different beliefs that we have internalized,
Sometimes without our knowing.
Listen to what comes up for you as you hear the following beliefs.
Not judging what comes up,
But lovingly holding them in your heart and giving them space to breathe and to be seen.
Allow them to pass through your awareness as you lovingly notice them and see what comes up.
There is something wrong with me.
There is something wrong with me.
I don't have to prove anything.
I am alone.
I am loved only if I obey.
I am loved only if I obey.
I am held by the universe.
I am held by the universe.
I am held by the universe.
See if you can notice what comes up as you hear those statements.
And allow yourself to lovingly see,
To notice without a judgment,
Not making it wrong or right.
But to love your body and to hear what it has to share with you.
What would it be like to give yourself permission to exist?
To allow your experience to be here.
Allow yourself to place one hand on your heart and another on your stomach and breathe.
I invite you to say to your body and the beliefs that are there.
I love you.
I am here.
I love you.
I am here.
I love you and I am here.
I love you.
I am here.
I am here.
See if you can tenderly hold your body and your heart.
And hear your body's vision for your life.
Hear the beliefs that your body wants you to have.
And ask the body,
What belief do you want to give to me?
What do you want me to know?
If it is comfortable for you,
You may place your hands back and allow yourself to receive love from your body,
To receive the blessing from your body.
I Tan Nam And whatever you receive,
Offer a thank you to the body thank you thank you thank you And when you're ready,
You can return to the room that you're in And when it's comfortable,
You can open your eyes Welcome home
