Safety and containment.
From your place of resting.
Make sure you feel covered,
Cozy.
And uninterrupted.
Take a conscious breath in,
Down deep into your belly.
And open your mouth softly and exhale out of your mouth with a sighing sound of ah.
Begin to notice yourself as you're resting.
Wiggle your toes.
Soles of the feet.
Flexing the ankles.
Feeling the shins engaged and the kneecaps and thighs.
And then exhale and soften all that movement.
Notice your fingers and palms.
Softly opening and closing your fingers.
Rotating your wrists.
And flexing back the wrists.
Feeling the muscles along the forearm and perhaps the upper arm to the shoulders flexing and bending.
The elbow.
And then soften and release all of that with a long exhale,
Letting the arms land.
Letting the legs release.
Allow the breath to soften and release tension in the belly,
In the chest.
As you inhale fully.
And exhale completely.
Shoulders,
Neck.
Back of the head.
And the face.
Soften and release.
Allow your eyes to.

Be heavy.
Your choice to open or close.
Whichever way allows you to access it.
Your imagination.
And a loving.
A compassionate.
And safe way.
Notice any smells you're smelling.
Any sounds that you're hearing besides my voice and any soft music.
Notice.
Any tastes that are in your mouth.
And anything touching your skin.
And allow all of the sensory input to flow.
To softly fade into the background.
And begin the journey of walking deeply inside yourself,
Slowly.
And gradually.
As if you are walking down a path.
And now you can imagine this path to be anywhere that feels Absolutely welcoming.
Comforting.
Please sing.
And say.
As you walk along this path.
Notice anything along the sides of the path.
Become aware.
Of what this path feels like under your feet.
What it sounds like.
Notice these.
Sights you may see along the side of the path or what's ahead of you.
Any smells if you're near water or the forest.
And if it feels safer to be inside of a space,
That is fine too.
You may be anywhere that you choose.
It can be a place that's real or completely imagined.
And fantastical.
Connect into this space.
As you go a little further.
Notice.

That you are coming upon.
Some kind of a space.
And this is defined in any way that works for you.
How does it feel?
What does it feel like?
Just notice it.
Look around.
It can be as contained.
Or vast.
As you wish.
Inside around.
Anywhere that you can possibly imagine.
Let everything that your inner eye sees.
Become as clear and defined as possible.
Bring as much detail in as you can.
Or not.
But build this space.
To suit you 100%.
Take another minute.
To notice.
Is around you.
Now this space in and of itself.
Maybe the whole of your resource being able to go there.
To access it.
And if you wish,
Let your imagination flow.
Expand further.
And allow.

What comes in.
Is completely up to you.
Could be anything.
A person,
Real or imagined.
A mythical creature?
Your power animal.
Your knee.
Person.
Or thing.
Or no thing.
Just the place.
Anything.

And allow.
This to become another level.
Of resource for you.
As if when you are holding,
Touching,
Or seeing this.
Deep sense of calm.
And safety.
Permeate.
Like you've never felt.
All contained within you.
All experienced by you.
All existing within you.

To this resource.
Perhaps.

Name it as a place.
Of being.
Or an object.
Naming it.

Giving it identity.

It is 100%.
