Short guided meditation.

I am safe in the world.

This meditation is designed to help you feel safer in the world.

Giving you an experience of being grounded in your body.

Feeling safe occupying your body.

So let's begin.

If you'll find a comfortable place,

And either sit or lie down.

Getting very comfortable.

Imagining,

Feeling or becoming aware that you are safe in the world.

And therefore it's safe to relax.

To let go of any tension,

Of any stress that you may be holding on to.

Opening your body to this experience of being safe in the world.

Setting this intention within your mind.

And choosing to feel safe in the world.

And as you continue to relax your body more.

As you actualize this experience of feeling safe in the world.

Notice how your breathing changes.

Notice the response in your nervous system.

Feel or sense this experience of spaciousness.

This experience of spaciousness.

Choosing,

Exploring and expanding into this spaciousness,

This feeling of space.

Choosing,

Exploring and expanding into this spaciousness,

This feeling of space.

And noticing any place in your body,

Any area of your body where there is not as much space.

Noticing any area in your body where there is tension,

Contraction,

Constriction.

Noticing any area in your body where there is not as much space.

And gently bringing your awareness in those areas.

And as you bring your awareness,

Your attention in those areas.

Noticing any change.

As you simply observe,

As you bring your attention,

Your awareness into any area where there was tension or contraction,

Constriction.

Notice how much more energy begins to flow into these areas.

Notice how much more space is present in those areas.

By simply bringing your awareness,

Your attention into those areas.

Intending and choosing to experience spaciousness in those areas where there was tension and contraction.

Opening and expanding into those areas.

And expanding into space.

I am safe in the world.

If you'll feel that.

And notice what happens when you intend,

When you choose to feel that you are safe in the world.

I am safe in the world.

How does that feel?

How does your body react or respond to this statement,

To this declaration?

Affirming to yourself.

And transmitting the signal,

The energy.

I am safe in the world.

I am safe in the world.

Noticing any subconscious belief in the form of thought or in the form of reaction in your body to this statement.

Misaligned parts of your system that may not feel that to be true.

Parts of yourself that may have made interpretations about yourself and life,

Leading you to feel unsafe in the world.

Noticing those without fighting them.

Noticing those misaligned parts,

Subconscious parts,

That don't feel safe.

Becoming aware of the beliefs that hold this feeling,

This visceral experience of not being safe in the world.

Noticing where in the body those thoughts,

Those statements and beliefs are stored.

And bringing the intention and the energy of feeling safe in the world into those areas of your body.

As if you could step into those parts.

And bring this feeling of being safe in the world in those parts.

I am safe in the world.

Continuously becoming aware of any parts of your body.

Where misaligned parts and beliefs are held that don't support this experience of feeling safe in the world.

Bringing the light of truth of love,

Of consciousness into those parts.

Into those areas so that you might feel safe in the world.

No longer feeling like you need to control anything to feel safe in the world.

Choosing,

Regardless of external circumstances,

To feel safe in the world.

Giving and gifting yourself this experience of feeling completely safe in the world.

Allying for all thoughts that you think,

All choices that you make,

All emotions and feelings that you experience.

To come from this deep,

Visceral experience of feeling and being safe in the world.

I am safe in the world.

Noticing if there's any place where you're still holding.

Dancing.

Even rejecting this experience of being and feeling safe in the world.

Feeling every part of your body repeating,

Affirming.

I am safe in the world.

Feeling,

Sensing and cultivating this experience in every single body part.

Hearing each and every part of your body repeat and affirm.

I am safe in the world.

Realizing and recognizing,

Maybe for the first time,

That you are safe in the world.

I am safe in the world.

Feeling and sensing this affirmation resonating,

Echoing throughout your entire body.

I am safe in the world.

As if a wave of safety was gently moving through your entire body.

Trying your body to have this experience of feeling completely safe in the world.

And noticing as this wave flows through your body,

Moves through each and every part of your body.

Needing your flesh.

Re-informing your whole body to this new reality.

I am safe in the world.

Listening for any internal dialogue that tells you that it's not true.

Or that it can't happen.

Or that you don't deserve it.

Or that you can only be safe if you are in control.

Letting go of these misapprehensions.

Of these fears and beliefs.

So that all that remains is the energy of these words.

The energy of feeling safe in the world.

As you continue to observe,

Maybe you feel energy that was trapped.

Blocks in your first,

Second and third energy center begin to release more and more energy flowing upward.

Feeling your heart opening and expanding.

To the experience of feeling safe in the world.

I am safe in the world.

Choosing for your mind to only hear this statement.

To echo this statement over and over again.

I am safe in the world.

And to receive this experience.

As you open your heart to it.

Moving into the space of your heart.

And smiling as you receive this gift.

As your heart opens and expands.

I am safe in the world.

And as you invite and embrace and appreciate this experience from within your own heart.

Noticing how expanded your heart is and how now your entire field,

Your mind and your heart echoing this message.

Embodying this energy of feeling and being safe in the world.

Feeling this energy move into your throat center.

Waiting to be expressed by you.

And choosing to express it through your voice.

To affirm I am safe in the world.

Noticing how you feel as you express this new reality.

As you actualize this intention from your heart.

To feel,

To experience.

Feeling safe in the world.

Repeating again and again.

I am safe in the world.

And loving and bringing this energy into any areas of your body that is not aligned,

That is not resonant with feeling safe in the world.

Align for any images,

Any words,

Any thoughts.

That are not aligned with this truth.

To be uncovered,

To come to the surface,

To be released,

To be healed.

To be resolved.

So that in all parts of your being,

In all parts of your body,

Of your mind,

Of your heart,

Of your emotions,

Of your energy.

You can have this complete experience of feeling safe in the world.

I am safe in the world.

Choosing to remember this moment,

What it feels like,

What it looks like.

To feel safe in the world.

So that you may revisit again and again this experience.

So that you may anchor this experience of feeling safe in the world more and more deeply.

So that you may experience feeling safe in the world more and more consistently.

Living,

Breathing and experiencing this truth in all parts of your being.

I am safe in the world.

And bringing this energy of feeling safe,

Of being safe in the world.

Into your body,

Into the space that you're in.

Into all of your relationships.

Into your work,

Into your health.

Into your relationship with money.

Into any and all relationships.

Feeling completely safe in the world.

Embodying,

Emanating and transmitting this energy of feeling safe in the world,

In the space that you're in.

So that you can share this experience with others.

Bringing this experience,

This energy into the past,

Present and future.

Choosing for this energy of feeling safe in the world to permeate all time and space,

All dimensions,

All realities.

So that you may always,

In the past,

In the present and the future,

Feel safe in the world.

And so breathing this energy as you exhale into the space that you're in.

Opening your eyes and with your eyes.

Seeing the world from this new understanding,

This new perspective,

This new experience of feeling safe in the world.

And intending and choosing in this moment that's going forward.

You will continue to cultivate and refine your process of feeling safe in the world.
