Since then, she has led workshops, events and retreats, as a part of her life’s purpose to create sacred, safe spaces for healing and transformation. With a background in Psychology and Psychiatric nursing, her love for human psyche, science and ancient healing practices inform her teachings and techniques.

Fantastic. Wonderfully guided yet feels almost free associative. (I would simply ask for 3-5 seconds of blank lead time at the top, and less of an abrupt ending, as well.)

This gentle guided meditation helped me realize that my perfect day is almost exactly what I already have. All the options for my perfect day are realistic and occur frequently in my life. A few tears of gratitude and happiness ran down my cheek as felt full of what I already have. Thank you for a beautiful meditation

If only I had the words! Ok. I will say this and know I am speaking from my ❤️ You should make this your calling, if you haven't already. Your voice calmed me immediately and your intention in your words put me into a sleeping state. It was one of the best meditational exercises I have ever done.
