In this meditation,
The directive is to experience peace.
Peace as a conscious choice,
Peace as heartfelt presence,
And a state of peacefulness that embodies light and ease and serenity.
And something else just before we begin,
On how to live peaceful.
If you at any time during the meditation feel as though you're distracted or off course,
Just remember,
You feel peace naturally whenever you hold love for yourself and as you live in the present moment.
Your natural state of peace is love.
When you live by this,
It becomes a habit to practice a peace-filled life.
So I'm going to let you dive right in,
Get comfortable,
Allow yourself to peace out with the feelings of comfort and relaxation and bliss and of course peace.

Tune into the energy of your heart.

Peace-filled,
Begins with your deliberate intention.
Regardless of what is occurring in your life and in the world,
You can always tune into the energy of your heart.
You can practice opening your heart and choosing to live with your heart open and to the higher power of love that emanates from your heart center.
With each in-breath,
Let the flow of love fill your being.
With each out-breath,
You feel calm,
Serenity,
Peace.
Let peace and serenity bring a natural flow to every circumstance and moment.
The energy of love is harmonious with peace.
The bliss of love softens within you your ability to walk through life knowing that you are capable,
That everything will be alright,
That you are meant to live remarkable,
Your heart open to the love and power that lives within you.
The practice of peace is a feeling of love.
Regardless of what is going on around you and in the world,
You can always tune into the peaceful nature of love.
This makes it possible to live grounded in peace and in the energy of harmony and in the certainty of love.
When you live in the experience of oneness,
Your mind and body are aligned in the expression of peace and love and calm.
This is what peace feels like.
You can feel happy and peaceful,
Joyful and peaceful,
Creative and peaceful.
Peace is a state of mind.
It is the inner experience of love and harmony,
Patience,
Gratitude,
Mindfulness.
It is a state of being that renders the most incredible wisdom,
Calm,
Of serenity flowing through you.
All that you need is to be reminded of your ability to choose peace and to offer peace as an outpouring of who you are.
This energy,
This knowing,
Is how you witness the peace of your heart.
It is how you align with the peace that lives within you.
To live harmonious in your life is to live out of a state of peace,
To nurture peace,
Is to open your heart to new situations,
To find peace and love in each day,
To cultivate peace and love in your intentions and with others.
You can hold peace as a sacred intention.
To hold your heart open,
To open it wide in your interactions with others,
Is what allows you to be of your true and authentic self.
You can be playful,
Kind,
Positive,
Encouraging,
And loving as a natural outpouring of who you are.
Gently become mindful with each inhalation and exhalation.
With each inhalation you are proclaiming to the universe that you are ready.
Its nurturing energy brings you strength,
Peace,
And love.
With each exhalation you hold the space to feel peaceful,
Calm,
And serene,
Living the miracle of peace.
You embody it through kindness,
Care,
And love.
You support the blissful state of peace that is the life you live now,
And for all of eternity,
Here and in this moment,
And forever.
Your heart open to the perfection of peace is made possible,
Awakening your consciousness.
It is a state of enduring love that you,
That each one of us,
Is capable of.
As long as you hold the rhythm of love and harmony,
You will feel peace.
I'd like to share with you this mantra,
To be used daily to evoke and exude peace confidently.
I can feel peace.
I can direct peace as energy to all living beings I meet,
All of whom I think of,
And all that I know.
Now,
As you hold the blessings of love,
Harmony,
And a peace-filled state,
You live the grace of true wonder,
Comfort,
And the right meaning of how you may evoke a state of peace out of love,
Out of desire,
And as a worldly intention for all living beings.
Able,
Feel a loving,
Peaceful connection with everyone and everything,
Sending you great love as you walk in peace for the rest of your life.
