
Manifesting In The Space Of Consciousness
In order to accomplish anything in life, your desires, wishes, or intentions, must be released to the spirit. The spirit can then communicate these desires to the universe. The spirit resides in the depths of consciousness and through this meditation you will descend to the spirit and release your intention.

Hello,
My name is Dr.
Brett Wade.
Welcome to my meditation,
Manifesting Desires in the Space of Consciousness.
The space between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind is where consciousness resides and the spirit flourishes.
Once we descend into the space we can consciously communicate with our spirit.
Spirit,
Which is your true essence,
Is a unique vibrating frequency with tremendous wisdom and creative potential.
Manifesting your desires is simply a process of descending into the creative space and releasing your intentions to your spirit.
The conscious space where spirit resides is energetically connected to all other spirits in the universe and of course to all energy in the universe.
When your intention is released your spirit communicates through vibrations of energy which affects all relevant matter,
Atoms,
Molecules,
Subatomic particles of the universe to make your intention happen.
To release your intention you need to know two things.
Number one,
You need to know how to communicate with your spirit using the language of the spirit and two,
You need to patiently let the universe handle all the details.
To begin have a desire or an intention in your mind.
Write this intention or desire down on a piece of paper.
Put your desire into affirmative and unemotional language.
This is the language which the spirit can understand.
As an example,
Thank you for providing me with a new job that satisfies my needs and helps those around me,
Is much better than I am broke and suffering and desperately need a new job.
This emotional language is the language of the subconscious and not recognizable by the spirit.
Once you have your intention written down we'll begin the meditation of manifesting desires in the space of consciousness.
To begin be seated in an upright and dignified posture.
Close your eyes.
We're going to descend through four levels of consciousness through the space between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind.
To begin imagine that we're floating supported in a superficial region of consciousness as if we're floating on the surface of the ocean,
Gentle waves rippling around us.
As we look beneath us we see a well-lit channel of energy between two solid walls.
One wall represents your conscious thinking mind and the other wall represents your subconscious mind containing your emotions,
Your reactions,
Your knee-jerk responses,
Your patterns,
Your habits.
Bring your awareness into your body and notice how your body is making contact with either the chair or the surface on which you're sitting.
Do you notice that one side seems to be making more contact than the other?
Don't judge or change it just notice it.
Bring into your field of awareness everything you can hear in your environment.
Become aware of the temperature of the room specifically on your left earlobe.
Shift your awareness to your emotional state.
How are you feeling?
Are you calm?
Relaxed?
Tense?
Once again do not judge these emotions just bring your awareness to them.
Level two.
Come deeper down now into the space of consciousness.
You are descending effortlessly and easily beneath the surface of agitations of those superficial sensations and emotions.
Notice here in this second level you become aware of your breathing.
Notice each breath as it comes in through your nose and leaves easily through either your nose or your mouth.
Also notice that this level is the feeling of bliss.
Bliss which is the combination of happiness and joy bubbles out from the spirit and as we descend into this deeper layer we feel easily this feeling of bliss.
To experience bliss fully allow the corners of your mouth and all the muscles of your face and your head to be soft.
Just blissfully breathe here.
Level three.
Descend deeper down.
Descend into a deeper level of concentration.
Release half your feeling of bliss.
Release joy.
Stay with this feeling of happiness as we come past the halfway point of the depth of consciousness.
Feel the vibration of your spirit now as you float with this feeling of happiness.
As we descend into these deeper layers we feel the strength of our spirit growing stronger and stronger.
On either side of the space the walls of the conscious mind and the subconscious mind give us support and security and boundary.
Feel the warmth of your spirit and how it makes you happy.
Level four.
Descend deeper down and deeper down.
We're descending into the deepest state of consciousness and notice now that your feet have gently touched the floor of the space of consciousness.
The space exists as a gravity free space.
With each step you take on this surface notice that you float up into the air before gently descending.
Release happiness here so that now you can be completely balanced.
Notice you're completely wrapped by the beautiful energy of your spirit.
Seated on the floor of this conscious space feel the warm vibrations.
Your wise spirit contains the memories of past lives and radiates pure non-judgmental love.
Let your spirit know your desire or your intention.
To do so notice that one of the walls is the wall of conscious thought and the other wall is the wall of subconscious thought.
To release your desire towards your spirit open a wall open a door inside the wall of the conscious mind.
As this door in the wall of conscious mind opens begin now to release your intention repeat your intention.
Do this now for two minutes.
Now gently close the door of the conscious mind.
Close that door in that wall.
Know that your intentions have now been transmitted by your spirit to the universe to affect all the necessary matter.
Continue to do this process every day until you can notice that your intention has been realized or an even better version has occurred.
Depending on the magnitude and the number of variables the intention may take considerable time to manifest but know that from the release of your intention things have already started to take change.
Like a butterfly who flaps its wings in the Gulf of Mexico eventually small changes in air pressure build and build causing larger disturbances eventually affecting matter.
Be patient.
Should you decide to change your intention know that the spirit will make the change.
Use the same process but this could mean starting over or changing the course of small ripples before they once again build into bigger and bigger forces capable again of affecting matter and manifesting your intentions.
When you're ready we're now going to come to the surface passing through those three levels of consciousness above you.
To do so gently bring back a feeling of happiness as you begin to float up into this third level to experience happiness once again allow your face to be soft the corners of your mouth to be soft.
Coming up into the second layer bring back a feeling of joy and add that to happiness this gives you a feeling of bliss.
Once again begin to notice the sensations of breathing notice that you are blissfully breathing.
Follow the breath in fully as it inflates your lungs and then follow that breath out.
Finally return to the surface and notice that all physical sensations in the body notice again how you're sitting on the chair or the cushion or the mat or floor notice your emotional status notice the temperature of the room and all the sounds in your environment and once again be aware that your intention is currently making ripples in the universe.
Be sure and revisit this meditation every day to reinforce this message this intention and be open to even better versions of your intention coming to you.
