Dr. Kelli Sammis

Dr. Kelli Sammis is a retired educational leader who is a yoga studio owner, curriculum developer for yogic studies, and leader of yoga & meditation retreats around the world. But below the surface of these things that she "does" is someone who tries very hard to move throughout the world embodying the 8 limbs of yoga and the meaning of Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu. She believes that her meditation practice and daily study of the yogas of The Gita are the cornerstones upon which the rest of her life is built. She believes that guided meditation should be accessible and presented in a way that the practitioner can utilize its guidance and teachings in transformative ways in their everyday lives because it is only through personal transformation that we can begin to transform this world.
