Breathe slowly, Breathe deeply. Breathe slowly, Breathe deeply. As you fly, As you go on the plane, Be on the plane and experience the sensations of flying. Allow yourself to breathe slowly and breathe deeply. One of the important keys of flying with tranquility and peace is to focus on that which generates tranquility and peace, Your breath. When you breathe slowly, When you breathe deeply, And even hold it between each breath, Breathe in, Hold it, Breathe out, And you give your attention to just your breath, Nothing but your breath, Though you can feel the plane flying through the air because your breath is your focus. That's where your thoughts go. And if your thoughts wander somewhere else, To thoughts in the past which have caused you trouble when you fly, Just go back to your breath, Breathing slowly, Knowing that your breath can ground you, Not to the earth, But ground you to yourself, To that deep peace inside of you that's always there, Always comforting. All you need to do is still your mind and be present with your breath right now. When your thoughts go somewhere else, Witness those thoughts, But don't give them any energy, Don't give them any power, Instead just witness them and come back to here and now. And right here, Right now, All you're doing is breathing deeply, Breathing slowly, So that as you fly through the air, You discover how peaceful, How calming you can really be, Because all is well. You are centered, You are peaceful, You are breathing deeply, Breathing slowly. That breath, That rhythm of breathing can instill only one thing, Peace. So continue to breathe slowly and deeply, Slowly and deeply, Listening to my words even though there are other sounds around you. Continue to breathe slowly and deeply. Because you are joining me on this journey of peace and tranquility, What's going to happen is that flying is going to become something enjoyable, Something that only causes you pleasure, Because now you have the skills to calm your mind and to be present. And if any thoughts that are disturbing enter your mind, All you have to do is listen to my voice and breathe slowly and deeply, Knowing that all is well, One breath at a time. Breathing slowly, Breathing deeply, Breathing slowly, Breathing deeply. If you need to, You can listen to my voice throughout the entire flight in order to maintain this peaceful state, Because it is your natural state, One which when all your thoughts are eliminated comes back to you. It's always there, But sometimes our thoughts get in the way of experiencing this peace and tranquility. Breathe slowly, Breathe deeply. Breathe slowly, Breathe deeply. In the past, When you've flown, Your thoughts went somewhere else, But today and from now on your thoughts will be stilled, And if they go anywhere, They'll just be present with what is, Enjoying yourself, Enjoying the peace and tranquility of flying in the air. You are safe, You are well, All is well, All is well. Breathe slowly, Breathe deeply. Breathe slowly, Breathe deeply. All is well. Because you are joining me on this path, This journey of peace and tranquility, What's going to happen is, Each and every time you fly now, Your body will remember what it feels like to be up in the air and to be tranquil and to be peaceful, And if your mind happens to forget, Even for a moment, All you have to do is breathe slowly and breathe deeply. Quiet your mind, Let it be present with one thing, And that one thing right now is your breath. And as you focus on your breath, Breathing slowly, Breathing deeply, Breathing slowly, Breathing deeply, What you're going to find is that this peaceful state now goes along with you when you fly. You now can experience peace and tranquility while you fly because you're breathing slowly, Breathing deeply, Breathing slowly, Breathing deeply. All is well. As you continue on your journey through the air, Just come back to your breath, Breathing slowly and deeply, Knowing that now you are a person who likes to fly, Who can fly well, And really enjoys the experience of going places in a plane because you know how to breathe slowly and breathe deeply. Slowly and breathe deeply.

This literally got me through my flight. With severe flight anxiety, I put my head in my hands, closed my eyes and listened to this on repeat the entire way. No drugs or alcohol needed for the first time since I can remember. Thank you!
