Hello and welcome to day 26 of the mindful minute.

This is Laura.

We are continuing our discussion of the seven chakras.

So go ahead and find a comfortable seat.

Soften your gaze or close your eyes and bring your attention to that space just above your navel,

And the lower part of your rib cage.

This is the area of the solar plexus chakra.

It's also known as Manipura in Sanskrit.

As you focus your attention here,

Imagine a warm yellow light emanating from this space.

With it,

Feel the qualities of your own self confidence,

Your self esteem.

Feel a transformative power from within you.

Notice your discipline.

Allow these qualities to grow as you visualize this light emanating from the solar plexus to encompass your entire body.

Stay here as long as you like.

Take care and be well.
