Hi my friend,

I know sometimes we can get caught up in a not so great mood and forget the gift of this day turn inward and start to shift your mood and your state of mind slowly start to see yourself breathe in slow and let it go for the first time all day just give yourself full acceptance reminding yourself that you are allowed to feel this way,

You're only human start to bring your focus to your breath inhale exhale exhale recognizing that maybe you've been focusing on all the wrong things use the breath as sort of a touch point to begin again return to the breath and shift your focus move your awareness breathe in breathe out what if we were actually given a chance to live this day again what if this life just as it is is the one that we begged for what if we were given the gift to come back how does that change how you would live this day what would you pay attention to what if this was the life you were given the chance to live again what if this was the life you were given the gift to come back again especially this day notice what that shifts within you breathe in breathe out there's so much beauty and goodness just waiting to be seen by you just noticing how maybe your outlook is shifting slightly what is it that you will strive to not miss what can you open your eyes to open your heart to can imagine you maybe 90 years old wishing that you were this young again wishing that you could live just one more day at this age at this point in your life when we are old we will wish we could go back and right now you are here can you feel that shift your attitude within you will wish for this day and right now you have it take it it's yours take it it's yours instead of just living through this day how will you spend this day alive how will you spend this day awake to your life full breath in full breath out notice this new energy within you go make it a great day now it's not too late breathe in breathe out whispering thank you for every moment you will never be this version of you again so go live and make it a great day from my heart to yours
