Hi friend,
I'm so proud of you for taking this time to pause.
To stop what you're doing and turn towards yourself.
We are not meant to constantly be going,
Constantly be moving.
You don't need to be productive all the time.
There is so much healing in allowing yourself to pause.
To rest in the non-doing.
Gently closing your eyes if that feels right allow yourself to really sink into how you feel in this moment softening your forehead,
Your temples,
Let your eyes feel heavy Let the jaw relax.
Maybe opening your mouth slightly Feel the shoulders grow heavy.
Arm's rest.
Release any grip you have in the belly or the hips.
Letting go of all muscular energy just sink here let yourself really soften Slow breath in through your nose.
Big sigh out your mouth.
Letting go of what has happened today.
Letting every breath you take feel like a reset.
A chance to begin again.
Breath in.

.
Release.
Checking in with how you feel checking in with how you've been perceiving the day.
Maybe it's been a good day or a not so good day.
Or maybe it's just been a neutral day.
Letting any judgments and opinions of the mind be just that.
Judgments and opinions.
Inhale slowly.
And set it free.

How can you see today in a whole new light?
Can you pause here and really.

Notice what has been going well.
Can you see how so much is unfolding for you?
Cultivating this awareness.
Of gratitude.
Taking this time to really reset the mind.
To see your day with more loving awareness through the lens of gratitude seeing the light.

My friend once you start to see the good you can't unsee it.
Give yourself a deep breath Let it go.
I invite you to join me in alternate nostril breathing.
Gently placing your peace fingers the space between your eyebrows.
So your pointer finger and your middle finger rest.
Right at your forehead,
Maybe massaging this space.
Hold so much tension here This is where we overthink,
Overanalyze.
Your ring finger will rest on your left nostril.
Your thumb will rest on your right nostril.
Be sure to seal your lips closed.
Gently close the left nostril with your ring finger.
Inhale through the right.
Close the right nostril with the thumb as you release the ring finger.
And exhale out the left.
Inhale through the left.
Close the left,
Exhale out the right.
Inhale through the right Close the right,
Exhale out the left.
In the out through the lift.
Close the left,
Exhale out the right.
Inhale through the right.
Close the right exhale out the left.
Is yours my friend i'm going to set you free.
Enjoy this breath pattern,
There's no right or wrong.
Just a couple more rounds.
Really noticing how this is balancing.
Your right and left brain.
Your feminine and masculine energy.
The yin and yang within you allowing there to be this duality.
The inhale,
The exhale.
Only when you're ready,
Resting your hand back in your lap,
Breathing in⦠Big sigh,
Let it go.
Notice what has shifted and rearranged welcoming yourself into this new moment.
Completely reset.
Re-energize.
Beginning again.
Go slowly now as you find some gentle movement in your body.
Maybe find a stretch.
Really reaching your arms out wide.
Rocking your head side to side.
One more cleansing breath together.
Let it go.
Take this into the rest of your day.
