If there is pain in the body,

You just realise,

I am the knower of the pain in the body.

I am not the pain.

I am not the body.

I am not the mind also that is cribbing,

Oh the body is paining,

Oh the body is paining.

I am the knower of the pain in the body.

I am knower of the suffering in the mind because of that pain.

Initially you might have to remind yourself different words and then you can go back there.

Because you are so lost in the pain,

Initially you might have to remind yourself,

Oh I am not the body,

Not the mind.

I am this field of knowingness.

This is my talking right?

Remind myself.

Yes,

Yes,

Yes and then you have to let go of the words also once you find the knowingness.

It is just a means to take you there.

Once you get there,

You have to let it go.

You can't hold on to the words.

It is just helping you to get there.

Now drop the words and just be in the knowingness if the knowingness came up just by the reminder.

It is just sinking back into the knowingness.

It is that simple.

Just sink back into it.
