Get in a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and let it go.

Now put your hands on your chest or on your belly.
Continue to breathe in and out.
Focus on the weight of your hands on your body.
Keep breathing in and out as deeply as you can.
As you breathe,
Imagine that you are breathing into the spaces where you are feeling hurt,
Fear,
Overwhelmed,
Sad,
Or any other feeling that does not serve you.
Allow those feelings to exist.
Let them sit in your body for a moment.
How does it make your body feel?
Try to be as specific as you can as you name the physical sensations that you are feeling in your body.
Let them sit in your body for a moment.
Keep breathing in and out.
Imagine that the energy inside your body is being fueled by your breath.
As you breathe,
Imagine those energies vibrating faster and faster and faster.
Now hold your breath.
All of the energies in your body are still.
Keep holding.
Breathe out as hard and as long as you can until your lungs are completely empty.
Imagine that your breath is taking those energies with it and leaving your body.
Now breathe in as slowly as you can and imagine that as you breathe in,
You are breathing in everything that is good and everything that is here to serve you.
Gratitude,
Love,
Abundance,
Joy.
Hold your breath and imagine those energies taking hold in your body.
Imagine them taking up space inside of you and it feels really,
Really good.
As you breathe out,
Imagine that any remaining energies that aren't serving you are leaving your body with that breath.
And as you breathe in,
Even more of the energies that make you feel amazing are coming into your body.
Repeat this cycle for two minutes.
Hold your breath and imagine that your breath is taking hold in your body.
And as you breathe in,
Even more of the energies that are taking hold in your body are leaving your body with that breath.
And as you breathe in,
Even more of the energies that are taking hold in your body are leaving your body with that breath.
Keep breathing until all of the energy that doesn't serve you has left your body and has dissolved into the air around you.
Pause this meditation if you'd like to continue breathing for a bit longer.
Now let your breath return to normal and let yourself feel the joy and the love and the abundance and the gratitude that has filled you up from your toes all the way to the top of your head.
You are absolutely full to the seams and you have never felt so light and carefree.
When you're ready,
