Hello,
Dear one.
Welcome to this Heart Alchemy session,
Where we're going to meet a place of fear or discomfort,
Something that you're ready to shift.
And as you begin to settle into your seat and find a good posture,
I just want to remind you that we're not here to fix you.
There's nothing here to fix.
We're taking this opportunity to meet ourselves in a deep and nourishing way.
We're here to open to a miracle by allowing a shift in our perspective,
Allowing our perception to move through an activation.
And we're also here to create space in our emotional and energetic body,
And maybe even in the physical and mental body.
And so now as we begin,
I invite you to settle in,
Begin to follow the inhale into your body,
Allowing yourself to bring your awareness to your shoulders,
To your tailbone,
To the backs of your knees,
The spaces between your toes,
Taking a deep inhale in through the nose and letting it go with an audible sigh.
Repeating that twice more.
Now bringing your awareness to the center of your chest,
You may want to place a hand or two fingers here as we first notice the physical heart space,
The place between our breastbone.
Can you imagine or sense the space just behind where your hand is touching the inside?
And as you breathe in,
Can you imagine that air is flowing in through this space and out of this space,
Centering your focus here on the physical and now also the energetic heart.
Feeling the flow,
Maybe even seeing it,
Letting the air move into the heart space,
Letting the air move out of the heart space.
Beautiful.
Now bringing into your mind's eye the stress,
The worry,
The fear,
The feeling or situation,
Whatever it is you would like to bring a shift to right now.
And I want you to imagine it as a pebble of coal,
Maybe the size of something that you could carry around in your hand,
But it's got some weight to it.
It's pretty dense.
We're going to place this right in the center of the heart space.
Go ahead,
Drop it right down.
Again,
See it,
Feel it,
Sense the weight of it there.
Let yourself really feel what you're feeling around this stress or fear.
Put yourself right here.
If it feels like you want to cry,
Let that be part of your shift and release.
As we feel the weight,
I want us also to imagine the muscles and the air of the heart space massaging this pebble,
Softening and smoothing as it's needed from within.
Getting each breath in and each breath out,
Massage,
Soften,
Wear down and wear through this pebble.
And we're just going to continue to let that process happen inside of the heart space as we begin to think about what might be the antidote.
If you looked underneath this stress or this fear,
What might you need to find the gold within it?
Perhaps it's trust,
Belief,
Courage,
Surrender.
Let yourself land on what would be the antidote.
And if no words come,
Perhaps it will arrive as a color or even a texture.
We're going to begin to activate this antidote by allowing it to arrive with the breath,
Moving right into the heart space,
Surrounding this pebble,
Infusing this pebble with the activated antidote.
Letting the breath and the massaging and this beautiful activation just do its work with ease and grace upon the stress or fear.
Beautiful.
And again,
We're just going to allow that process to continue naturally as we bring in another activation,
This one being the activation of gratitude.
And I invite you to again,
Allow it to arrive on the breath,
Bringing it into the heart space with every inhale and letting it move in and around through your whole body on the exhale until your entire body is full of gratitude.
And then allowing it to move through the body,
Spilling out and encircling you in a beautiful bubble of gratitude.
Allowing with each breath all that you need.
Allowing with each breath all that you need.
Allowing with each breath to all that you need.
And as you rest here inside of this bubble of gratitude,
I invite you to pull out that pebble.
Take a look at it now.
Perhaps it's worn down to a tiny size or maybe even peeking through.
You see gold.
Wherever the pebble might be right now,
Just notice that and give gratitude for the shift that you've brought.
If the pebble is ready to be released,
Then you might allow it to move right to the earth.
If you feel like there's more shifting and more gold to be gained,
You might place it right back in your heart and allow the heart to just continue to massage and release and bring the gold forward.
And as we prepare to finish this meditation,
Just trusting yourself that you created a shift in your system.
Maybe noticing the places that feel more free or are more open.
Allowing yourself to accept this miracle,
This shift in perspective,
This moving from one state to another.
Perhaps you'd like to make this your new home base,
The activation of your heart alchemy and the floating inside of gratitude.
It might serve you to name this state for yourself,
Something that you could call it as you remind yourself to continuously return,
Letting this be the home center,
Home base that you can come back to again and again and again.
And bringing some gentle movements to your shoulders,
To your spine and to your hips.
Maybe stretching your arms up overhead as you invoke a yes for your shift,
A holy yes for your miracle in this moment.
And maybe bringing your hands down to prayer position or to rest upon your heart as you bow in gratitude to yourself for being willing,
For being courageous,
For meeting yourself in these moments.
I'm so proud of you for taking this journey and for being willing to step into this deep work of personal alchemy.
This is a process that you can return to day in and day out as you continue to shift your perspective and free your energy from the places of stress and fear that it might be locked.
Bringing this gold into your own system to be used as a resource for your creative and exciting adventures.
