Take a moment.
To arrive.
Just allowing yourself to settle.
To drop the anchor of your attention into your body.
To sense the weight and shape of you.
In whatever configuration you're in right now.
Perhaps you're seated.
Perhaps you're lying down.
Just allowing yourself to register weight,
Shape,
Contact.
And seeing if you can give 5% more of your weight.
To the Earth.
Perhaps this is a thank you to her for her unconditional support.
Perhaps this is a way to soften or let go of habitual.
Tension,
Preparedness,
Activation.
Striving.
Just notice what happens.
Even if you can't.
Give that extra 5%.
Noticing that.
Allowing yourself to be in the consideration,
The conversation,
The curiosity.
Of being in the felt sense of your body in conversation with ground.
Gravity.
And seeing what happens.
Notice all the places where your body makes contact with support.
Feel its firmness,
Its softness,
Its contour or lack of contour.
Just notice the.

.
Meeting places of your body and ground.
And notice what happens as you tend that awareness.
That awareness is actually happening all the time.
Most of the time we're in contact with support.
But we don't always attend to it.
So as you attend to it,
What happens in the rest of your being?
Does anything shift?
Notice that.
Sometimes the shifting happens in layers.
Stages.
Noticing,
Taking some time to be in the felt sense of support.
And when you tune into the support.

What else happens in your physical,
Mental,
Emotional being.
Does a deeper breath come?
Does a softening anywhere in your body happen?
Does an urgency arise?
Does a relief settle in?
We're not trying to engage or manufacture anything.
We're attuning to support and ground to see what unfolds.
And allow that to be here.
Keep resting.
Keep tending.
Keep grounding.
