So,

Today's meditation is designed to identify what helps you feel grounded and connect to your own wisdom.

With this in mind,

Let's begin knowing that the interior of today's practice is simply to rest in the space of inquiry.

And it's not there to arrive at any particular answer,

But to become familiar with the process of contemplation.

So,

As you settle into a comfortable seat,

Grounding in a state of stillness,

Begin to consider the following.

What helps me to see clearly today?

What helps me to see things as they really are?

And without judgment or with a narrowed mind,

But staying open,

Notice what happens in response to that contemplation.

What helps me to see clearly?

What helps me to see things as they really are?

You may start to receive a stream of messages,

Images,

Whatever your experiences are like.

Simply notice that and continue to rest in contemplation.

What helps me to see clearly?

Whatever arises in the mind and body,

Knowing that you can trust that trusting.

And also trusting what you may need to feel to support and develop the essential conditions for clarity and for a few more moments resting in this space of inquiry.

Let's you slowly release yourself from this entire space of inquiry.

Find a way of expressing gratitude for any insights that you may have received and close off the practice with an intention.

An intention that helps you to remember and being and grounded in your own wisdom.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out in your own time.

Gently lift the gaze,

Open up your eyes and ground your attention back into yourself.
