This meditation today is an exploration how you can genuinely care for yourself from moment to moment and through the result of creating space in yourself and in your mind.

Okay,

Let us start.

Find a notion seed that feels supportive and trusting,

Whatever that looks and feels like for you today.

You may notice a shift in your posture from the day before or the day before that.

And maybe it's even shifting right now from moment to moment.

But as this happens and as you notice yourself settling and shifting,

Allow yourself to stay and maintain the spirit of dynamism in practice,

Allowing yourself to be flexible with how you choose to meet the practice.

Knowing that becoming attuned to our unique needs from moment to moment is an act of care and expression of compassion.

Take the next few moments to settle into you as you begin to scan your own body.

Maybe you want to start to sense into what your experience is like in this very moment,

Perhaps checking into the heart,

Noticing what feelings are present for you right now.

And as you ground into your experience,

Begin to consider what the expression of care would feel like in this moment.

What would it feel like to meet the practice here and now,

To meet your mind and to meet your body with an attitude of kindness,

Of compassion.

Seeing the next few moments of the practice as an opportunity to embody just that,

Whether it's loving acceptance,

Releasing resistance or becoming aware of the truth or what your experience is like.

Spend the next few moments resting on what the expression of care would feel like.

Then,

With the intention to rise from the practice,

Gently locate the breath and begin to take a deeper breath in.

In your own time,

Breathe out.

Whenever you're ready,

Begin to lift the gaze and open your eyes.
