Welcome to day 16 of the Heart Workers 21 Day Meditation Journey.

Sit with a straight spine or lie down.

Relax your shoulders.

Rest your hands on your knees.

Close your eyes and take this time to connect with your own body.

Without trying to change anything,

Welcome the sensations and emotions that are present in your body and your mind right now.

Don't judge anything.

Turn your attention now to your breath.

And on your own,

Take a few deep breaths to let yourself relax.

On your own,

Take a few deep breaths to let yourself relax deeply.

Now,

Make no attempt to control anything.

Simply observe your breath as it flows in and out naturally.

Feel your breath as it flows into your nose,

As it moves into your throat,

Your chest,

Your belly.

What is a successful life?

We all have to understand and freely accept what will be a successful life for us,

Specific to us.

Is it a life surrounded by a lot of friends?

A life surrounded by a lot of books and knowledge?

A family life?

A life with a lot of travels with a partner?

A creative life with no kids?

A life in nature?

A life where you would spend your time volunteering for charities?

Often society imposed on us only one path to success,

And it was frequently associated with money and power.

But the good news is that we are creating a new,

Conscious world with less comparison and more connection.

So our values evolve towards more authenticity and humanity.

Take some time now to imagine you just landed on a new earth.

You are alone and completely free.

Nobody can judge you or influence you.

Imagine you could create your best life from scratch now.

You have a possibility to do anything you want.

What would it look like?

Visualize yourself over the years.

Where would you be?

What would you be creating?

Who would surround you?

What would you keep from your current life?

And what would you let go?

Have fun.

Don't judge yourself.

You are in a safe environment now.

So just be sincere with yourself.

What would you be doing?

Would you create a family or not?

Nobody can disapprove of your choices.

Create your best life now.

All that matters is you.

Be creative.

Be loving.

Start from your hearts and follow the feeling of joy.

Now that you just let your imagination guide you,

Maybe your intuition gave you more clarity.

Maybe you could pick some elements of your vision and implement them into your life.

Let your heart show you the path to your successful life.

Let's repeat now,

Three times in your mind,

Today's affirmation.

I am worthy of all successes.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.

And as you move forward throughout the rest of your day,

You might notice the chatter arising again.

When it happens,

Calmly look at it and with equal ease try to revisit today's affirmation as often as possible.

I am worthy of all successes.

Gently now open your eyes.

Welcome back to your awakened hearts.
