Welcome to the Heart Workers philosophical journey.
Today I trust and I let go.
Take the time now to settle.
You can sit or lie down.
Hands facing up to receive or facing down to feel more grounded.
Close your eyes and tune into your breath.
Notice your breath without trying to change anything.
Notice if you feel tense or relaxed.
Where is your body holding tension?
Where is your mind?
Is it wandering or is it at home within the breath?
Is your mind at ease or filled with sadness,
Anger,
Doubt,
Observe yourself.
Whatever has happened today but has bothered you,
It is time to let that go and feel safe again.
Now take a deep inhale through your nose.
Hold it.
One,
Two,
Three.
And exhale through your mouth.
One more time.
Take a deep inhale through your nose.
Hold it.
One,
Two,
Three.
Exhale through your mouth with an audible sound.
Continue on your own to take deep full breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And as you breathe,
Become aware of the state of your body and the quality of your mind.
Very often what is happening to us is not always what we had expected.
Take some time now to remember a situation from your past when you were very determined to get something of someone and yet something else happened.
Maybe you believed or have been told that what you wanted was the best option for you.
And yet something better happened for you.
Even better.
A better outcome.
More joy,
Peace,
Love in your life.
Take some time to remember that experience.
With what is happening now and the confinement,
We have no more choice but letting go our projection,
Our plans we were determined to make happen.
Will it still happen the way we want it?
Probably not.
We don't know anymore.
So we have no choice but to choose hope and faith.
Being faith is accepting lovingly to let faith have its own voice and maybe a different opinion than ours.
And still be okay with it.
We tend to feel more secure when our life is predictable.
But now many things feel out of control and we are forced to allow opportunities to present themselves.
We are forced to surrender and learn to go with the flow of life.
It's a first opportunity for us because it's easier to learn now to trust and let go than we think we have a control on our life.
It's a new pattern to keep for the after confinement life.
Letting go doesn't mean not doing anything.
Letting go can mean opening our hearts to new possibilities.
And another action could be do not let any circumstances destroy your inner force,
Your creative potential and the access to your infinite source of unconditional love within yourself.
When your focus suddenly becomes only problem solving,
Be aware of it.
Don't judge yourself and create a new discipline.
Turn your focus inward to regain calm,
Objectivity and faith.
Focus also on every little things you could be grateful for.
Coming to the idea of gratitude does not mean problem will disappear.
They will remain,
But they will become secondary.
When things go well,
We know what to do to please ourselves,
To feel joy in our hearts and to spread love.
We know naturally how to lift ourselves and others.
So let's remember that state of mind when we lose control and hope.
We have free will.
So in those moments,
Even if it's hard,
We still have inner power to choose faith,
To choose to lift ourselves and others,
To mute the negative stories in our mind and to keep our energy level high.
We have been designed to live by faith.
We have been designed not to be aware of the future,
But we still want to control it very often.
Maybe there is a reason why we naturally don't have access to the future.
Maybe because we are creating it at any moment and that's enough to know it and to be responsible for our action in each moment.
Every present moment is a true present.
Why would the present moment be named like a gift,
A present if it was not for a reason?
Dyeing on our visions and action now,
Leading with love in each present moment.
Accepting ourselves in each present moment are the most precious blessings for our future.
By nourishing yourself today,
You are already helping and preparing yourself for whatever is going to happen.
So let go,
Release any expectations,
Surrender and focus only on living your everyday with hope,
Faith and actions aligned with self-care,
Self-love,
Sense of responsibility and generosity.
Let's now repeat three times in your mind today's affirmation.

I will remain silent now for a few minutes.
You can turn your attention to your breath,
Noticing each inhale and each exhale.
Or simply relax into the quiet.
Let go.
