I suggest you to lay down in the Shavasana posture with your belly up,
With your legs relaxed in your arms beside your body,
Relax your shoulders and scruff.
Now we are going to take a deep breath,

Together.
Even exhalation allows your body to make any sound so you can get more relaxed as possible.
Take your time,
Breathe in and breathe out.
Allow your body to breathe.
Relax in the presence of our nature.
Take your consciousness to your heart.
Visualize its shape,
Texture,
Temperature and colors.
Connect with the heart which has been working tirelessly since its inception.
Deeper note the bloody flow,
The movement when it comes in and comes out of your heart.
Deeper and more relaxed,
Dive into the microcosmic ocean in the center of your heart.
Deeper and deeper in your space,
In your ocean,
Watch the starry sky.
How beautiful this cosmic sky is,
How beautiful.
Take one of the stars,
Allow it to approach you,
Slowly.
And now it's on your hands,
Which kindness and love place the star on the surface of your ocean.
And the bright star sails in it.
Bright energy and vibration expand throughout your heart.
Feel your own light and love.
Allow all your body to feel that love,
The healing love.
