And from this space,
We invite mama earth to meet this beautiful,
Energetic cord and intertwine,
Hold its hand and draw that energy cord down into the center of the earth to connect to ground.
And when you're ready,
You can take a great big,
Deep breath.
And on that exhale,
Releasing down that cord,
Anything that does not serve you,
Any worries,

We see this energy being transformed by the beautiful hot molten lava of the center of mama earth.
