This was such a beautiful meditation that allowed me to let go and find peace within ✨🤍🙏 I love the visualisation of allowing negative thoughts and emotions to move to the right and let them go and positive thoughts and emotions to move to the left and let them all pass peacefully, it really helped me to let go of some attachment.
