Welcome to the five elements meditation for abundance,

Power and healing.

Begin by finding a comfortable seated position.

Exhale and allow your body to relax and your mind to settle.

As you inhale notice the gentle rise of your chest and as you exhale notice the gentle fall of your chest.

With each inhale imagine that you are taking in a revitalizing energy and with each exhale you are releasing any tension,

Stress or distraction.

Gently and slowly let your eyes close.

Guide your awareness inwards.

Through your mind's eye visualize a beautiful wooden door in front of you.

This door represents the entrance to internal landscape where the five elements await you.

As you prepare to enter let's take a deep breath in and a long breath out.

Let your mind,

Body and spirit be fully present in this moment.

With each breath feel a sense of relaxation spreading through your body as if a wave of calm is washing over you.

Notice how your breath becomes a guiding force leading you inward closer towards this door of transformation.

Approach the door slowly and take a moment to observe its intricate carvings and the smooth texture of the wood beneath your fingertips.

With each breath feel a sense of rising anticipation and curiosity growing within you.

As you exhale place your hands on the knob of the door and with your inhale open the door and step into a serene space where the power of the five elements awaits you.

Find yourself in a lush green park along the riverside at sunrise in spring.

As you walk you notice the vibrant green leaves unfurling on the trees that sway gently in the wind.

You feel a gentle coolness of the spring breeze as if it is gently waking you up from a deep slumber.

You take in this crisp refreshing scent of the air that carries with it the promise of new beginnings.

You feel and connect with the wood element and the season of spring where you experience and embody agency,

Compassion and the energy of rebirth and creativity.

Allow yourself to fully immerse in this space and time appreciating the beauty and vitality of nature's reawakening.

Picture yourself as a young adult running through a field of red poppies in full bloom at midday.

It is summer.

You feel the warmth of the sun's rays embracing all of your body as if it ignites a fire within you.

You sense the energy and passion that arises from this flame and you allow the sun's radiant heat to wash over you awakening a sense of empowerment and vitality.

You feel the earth beneath your feet warm and solid.

You embrace the transformative power of the fire element which symbolizes your inner strength,

Motivation,

Self-love and courage to take action and express yourself fully and authentically in the world.

Allow this fiery energy to fuel your intentions and propel you forward towards abundance and your true power.

Feel the energy of summer gradually transition as we embrace the element of earth.

Imagine yourself at golden hour,

The last moments before sunset and you find yourself in the midst of a crowd.

As you sit down,

Feel the solidity of the earth beneath you connecting you with this present moment.

You notice the vibrant shades of golden and yellow hues surrounding you filling the space with a warmth and stability.

As you take a moment to ruminate and reflect,

You allow your mind to transcend past,

Present and future.

You observe the faces of the people around you,

People you love and people who love you,

Their expressions of contemplation,

Appreciation and connection.

The earth element represents thoughtfulness,

Contemplation and the ability to bridge the transitions,

Fostering a sense of unity and harmony so you feel at home at any time and home at any time and wherever you are in the world.

In this time and space,

Imagine the power of collective singing where the voices of those you love and yourself intertwine and create a harmonious vibration that resonates deep within your soul.

As the seasons shift and change,

You find yourself lying on a bed of crisp autumn leaves at sunset.

As the daylight fades,

You observe the sliver of waxing moon appearing in the sky,

Casting a gentle glow on the earth.

You take a deep breath in,

Inhaling the brisk,

Crisp air,

And as you exhale,

You release this slightly sharp smell that we welcome in autumn.

Smell the scent of the leaves,

Trees and plants.

Of the leaves,

Trees and plants as they too,

Like you,

Prepare for the next cycle of transformation.

Allow yourself to embrace the refinement and letting go that this season brings.

Reflect on the harvest of experiences and wisdom that you've gained and gathered along your journey.

Imagine yourself receiving the abundance that life offers,

Both in material and spiritual realms.

Feel a sense of gratitude and clarity for the lessons learned and the growth that comes with releasing what no longer serves you.

As the seasons continue to shift,

Feel yourself arrive at the season of winter with the flow of the element of water.

Visualize yourself standing by the ocean at midnight.

In winter,

Under the darkness of the new moon.

Feel the chill in the air penetrating your bones as you hear the rhythmic sound of the ocean waves lapping against the shore.

As the waves lap against the shore,

You let their wisdom and clarity wash over you,

Cleansing and revitalizing your spirit.

You take a moment to reflect on a faint distant memory from the moment before you were born,

As if whispered to you by the vastness of the ocean.

Sense this timeless connection to the cycles of life and the eternal flow of existence.

Allow the water element to bring you deep insight,

Intuition,

And a profound sense and a profound sense of peace.

With your next exhale,

Feel the integration of all of the five elements within you.

And with your next inhale,

Embrace fully the abundance,

Power,

And healing they offer you.

And know that you can return to this connection whenever you feel like you'd like to.

Reconnect with something much greater than yourself.
