To your pebble release meditation.
A gentle journey.
To let go of what no longer serves you.
I invite you to make yourself comfortable now.
Seated or lying down in a space that is quiet.
Allow your body to feel fully supported.
Feel the surface beneath you holding your weight.
And let your feet soften.
Your hips feeling grounded.
And let your shoulders drop.
And you may take a deep breath in.
Feel your lungs expand and slowly breathe out.
Really easy.
And again,
A deep breath in.
Receiving fresh air,
Nourishing air.
And breathe out.
Allowing your body to relax.
And you may continue breathing.
At your natural pace.
As there is nothing to do.
Nowhere to go.
And nothing to prove.
You simply allow yourself.
To arrive here.
And now you may imagine a soft golden light touching the top of your head.
Like a warm morning sunlight.
And this light moves gently down through your forehead and relaxes.
And soften your forehead.
Let this golden light Gently move down.
In your eyes area.
Softening all the muscles in this region.
Moving down into your cheeks,
Your jaw.
And notice how your face is softening.
You'll notice your tongue relaxing.
And let the light travel down.
Through your throat now.
Down to your shoulders.
Down to your chest,
Your belly.
Releasing everything that needs to be released.
Softening.
Your muscles.
Feel the light going down into your hips,
Your legs,
Continuing its way down,
Taking with it all the tension inside of you.
All the way down to your feet.
Cleansing your body.
Of all tension.
And as it moves through you,
Your whole body becomes softer.
Calmer.
And more open.
To receive.
And I invite you now to let go.
Your mind travel.
And you may imagine yourself.
Standing on a beautiful beach.
And feel the warm sand beneath your feet,
Fine,
Soft and smooth.
Notice the fresh salty scent of the sea in the air.
The sunlight on your skin.
Gentle and soothing.
Notice the soft breeze moving across your face.
Brushing through your hair,
Touching your arms.
And in front of you.
Notice the ocean that stretches wide and calm.
No worries.
The sunlight.
It bends on the surface of the water.
Sparkling like tiny diamonds.
And you can hear the waves coming in going up.
Coming in.
Cooling out.
Just like your breath.
And you begin.
To walk slowly along the water's edge.
With each step.
Your feet sink gently into the sand.
And when you look behind you.
You can see your footprints.
This stretch far behind you.
These footprints are your life journey.
And you have been walking for a long time.
And along the way you have collected pebbles.
That represent memories,
Emotions.
They are old protections.
They can be beliefs you once needed.
Some are ways you've learned to stay safe,
To be loved,
To be accepted,
Or to survive.
And now,
You notice.
A weight on your back.
There is a backpack on your shoulders.
Perhaps you had forgotten it was there.
But now you feel it's sweet.
The pull on your shoulders,
The pressure on your back.
The way it has made you.
Heavier.
And you understand that these pebbles were not wrong.
They served you once.
They protected you at a time you needed them.
But now you are ready to release what no longer need to be carried.
So you gently take the backpack off your shoulders and place it on the warm sand in front of you.
You open it.
Inside,
You see the pebbles you have collected through your life.
Some are big.
Some are small,
Some are smooth,
Others are rough.
Each one carries something your subconscious mind knows.
And your subconscious mind works quickly.
You do not need to understand everything.
You only need to allow what is ready to be released.
Reach into the backpack now and take one pebble in your hand.
I feel its shape,
Its texture,
Its weight.
And you may silently say to it.
Thank you.
For protecting me.
For serving me.
And I now release you.
And when you are ready.
Throw the pebble into the sea.
Watch it move through the air.
Hear the soft splash as it touches the water.
See the ripples widening.
And watch it disappear beneath the waves.
Released.
Return.
And already,
The backpack is gone.
Feels a little lighter.
So re-chitten it again and take another pebble.
Maybe this one carries old hurt,
Fear,
Sadness.
An old story.
Hold it gently again.
You do not need to fight it or judge it.
Just.
.
.
Thank it.
For how it has served you.
And now you let it go.
Throw it into the sea again and watch it disappear once more.
And continue this process.
One pebble at a time.
And you feel your shoulders soften.
You might notice your breath deepen and your body becoming freer.
And now your subconscious mind may release even more quickly.
One by one.
The pebbles leave the backpack.
The old emotions with each pebble.
Did these appear?
Being thanked.
As they have served you.
And each time you throw the pebbles into the sea,
The waves receive it,
The oceans hold it,
The water transforms it.
And a backpack.
Becomes lighter and lighter,
And your spine feels longer,
And your chest opens,
Your breath move with more ease,
And your energy becomes stronger.
And as you look into the backpack,
You notice that now it is empty.
Completely empty.
The work has been done.
So you close the backpack.
And place it back on your shoulders.
But now?
It feels weightless.
Easy.
Free.
And you continue walking along the beach and this time your steps feel different.
Lighter.
More alive.
And the colors around you seem brighter.
The sky seems wider.
The air feels fresher.
As you're breathing in.
And you realize that by releasing what was weighing you down,
You have created space.
Space for new memories,
For creativity,
Authenticity,
For energy.
Space for the life you truly desire to experience.
And maybe you feel like smiling.
Like walking faster or even like running or dancing or laughing with joy.
Simply because your body remembers how good it feels to be free.
And as you continue walking.
You notice a small puddle of still water in the sand.
And you move closer.
The water is calm and clear.
Reflecting the blue sky and soft wet clouds above you.
You look into the water.
And you see your reflection.
Something has changed.
Your face looks lighter.
Your features softer.
Your skin more vibrant.
And in your eyes,
There is a spot.
A spark of vitality,
Clarity.
Creativity.
A spark of life returning.
And you know this is.
Vitality.
This vitality is meant to stay with you.
You have created space for it now.
Space for more ideas,
More energy,
More courage,
More truth,
More alignment.
So take a deep breath in and absorb this image in yourself.
Lighter,
Freer,
More alive.
Gently begin to return to your body.
Feel.
The surface.
Supporting you beneath you.
Feel your feet and wiggle your toes.
Feel your hips grounded.
And feel your fingers that might start to move as well.
And you might notice the sound around you now.
And you can take one final deep breath in.
Maybe do a stretch,
Integrating this feeling of release and renewal.
And as you breathe out,
Returning fully to this space.
You realize that you are ready.
To embark in a life feeling more energized and lighter.
And you can gently open your eyes.
Feeling lighter,
Clearer,
More aligned,
At peace and fully energized.
