Garry has been meditating for decades and practices in the Mahayana Buddhist tradition. He has taught Yoga full-time since 2015 and hosts yoga and meditation retreats. He is the author of the books, Learning Yoga: A Beginner’s Step by Step Guide and The Great Journey – Unraveling the Riddle of Reality, Self & Soul.
