Take a long,

Deep breath in,

Hold it,

And release.

Keep breathing in and out,

Gathering up all stress,

All tension,

All negativity with your inhale,

And then letting it all out with your exhale.

In this moment,

All is well and you are safe.

Keep taking long,

Deep breaths in,

Using your breath as a tool to detoxify,

As a tool to let go of anything that's holding you back from being in alignment with who you really are.

With every exhale,

You're releasing resistance and you're aligning yourself to your inner love and joy.

As you're coming into a relaxed state of being,

I want you to visualize that on the top of your head,

There is this bright ball of golden light.

It's a healing light,

It's a relaxing light,

It's a recalibrating kind of light.

Visualize this light slowly seeping through the top of your head right now,

And flowing over your forehead,

Relaxing it completely,

Moving down through your nose and your eyes,

Your ears,

Your eyelids,

Flowing through your lips and your jaw,

Your cheeks,

Making its way through your head and saturating your brain,

Releasing any incoming thoughts,

Allowing your mind to become still.

The golden light flows through the back of your head and down through your neck,

Relaxing all your neck muscles,

As it flows down and drops into your shoulders,

Letting go of all the resistance you're holding onto,

And releasing all your responsibilities.

Invite the golden light to flow through your upper arms,

Your forearms,

Your hands and your fingers,

Relaxing them completely,

As it moves down through your chest now and all your chest muscles,

Saturating your heart and your lungs,

Giving them some love and appreciation for keeping you alive.

Let this golden light flow through your back now,

Down through your spine,

Through every single vertebra,

Relaxing your back completely and allowing you to sink deeper into the chair.

As the golden light moves down through the core of your body,

Saturating all your vital organs,

Many of which have been working overtime to respond to all the stresses of life,

Let that tension go now.

Give permission to your body to just be.

The golden light moves down now through your belly and into your hips,

Flowing through your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves,

Your ankles,

Your feet and your toes,

Filling up your entire body with this warm,

Relaxing,

Re-energizing golden light.

You now feel so relaxed,

Completely at ease,

In alignment with who you really are.

In this relaxed state of being,

I want you to visualize that you're sitting at the bottom of a lake right now,

You're so heavy with resistance,

With limiting thoughts,

Limiting beliefs and negative emotions that you've been accumulating throughout your day,

Week,

Year,

Your entire life.

All these negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs have created strong negative emotions and a worldview that's not in alignment with your higher self and it's keeping you out of balance.

You're like a cork that's being forced to be at the bottom of a lake and not being allowed to naturally rise up to the surface.

All these limiting thoughts and beliefs and emotions are just holding you down,

Deep into resistance,

Preventing you from swimming freely,

From rising high.

Visualize these thoughts as energy that's stuck within your body and your aura.

You may see these thoughts and beliefs and emotions as energetic stains,

Psychic debris,

Etheric cobwebs that your body is saturated with and you're so ready to release them,

So ready to let them go,

To free yourself from their control and let yourself return to your natural state of balance and homeostasis.

Your intention is enough to begin this process,

So as you're willing to let go of these limiting thoughts,

Beliefs and emotions,

See them gently starting to flush out of your being,

Out of your body,

Out of your energy and gradually melt into the water of the lake.

With every exhale,

You're letting go of resistance,

You're letting go of the thoughts and limiting beliefs that hold you back,

You're letting go of fears and negative emotions that you've held on to for many years,

You're releasing resistance,

Freeing yourself from external negative energy attachments and allowing yourself to return naturally to your original state of being,

State of balance,

Joy and love.

Keep breathing in and out,

Releasing resistance with every exhale,

Deep breaths in and deep breaths out,

Feeling lighter and lighter with every exhale and as you're letting go of what no longer serves you,

You feel yourself starting to become lighter and you're starting to rise up through the water in the lake,

Higher and higher,

Further and further away from the bottom,

Getting closer and closer to the surface.

With every exhale,

You become lighter and rise higher and your vibration is rising as well,

Becoming in alignment with who you really are,

With love,

Joy,

Ease and balance.

As you let go of the last bit of resistance within you and you're completely free of what no longer serves you,

You've now reclaimed your balance,

You're tuned in to your inner being and you feel this within your body,

Your mind and your spirit,

You feel high on life and you're ready to get on with your day.

As you make your way out of the lake right now,

Letting the warmth of the sun dry you up,

Feel your balance,

Feel your joy and your love and register this state of being as it's the state of being you'll aim to return to time and time again,

Whenever you're held back by fear,

Doubt or limiting beliefs.

And in this balanced state of being,

Slowly start coming back to the present moment right now,

Keeping your eyes closed,

Start making small movements with your fingers and your wrists,

Moving your shoulders around a little bit and your head.

And when you're ready,

Take a long deep breath in,

Hold it,

Smile,

Open your eyes and release.
