Meditation Timer OnlineGrace is the founder of Wild Wisdom Coaching. A nature-based mindfulness coach, writer, facilitator, and folk herbalist, she is passionate about guiding women back to their natural rhythms, inner wisdom, and values-aligned living. Grace specializes in guiding women to come home to themselves and overcome the beliefs and patterns that have kept them in states of stress, anxiety and burnout. Grace is proudly neurodivergent and a strong empath, and has forged her own unconventional path. She especially loves coaching women to de-shame belonging outside the mainstream way of doing things from travelling and living abroad to actively choosing not to be a mother. Grace's approach is holistic, grounded, and inspired by nature. She draws on ancient wisdom, modern coaching tools, and personal experience to help women set bountiful boundaries, reduce overwhelm, and reconnect with themselves. Her group coaching programs like 4 Elements Coaching and Nature of You, and her workshops focus on boundaries, balance, and living in tune with the seasons. Having personally experienced the impact of self-doubt, burnout, and societal pressure, Grace is dedicated to creating spaces where women can explore, grow, and thrive—whether online or eventually in-person through nature-based retreats. Her work is about cultivating clarity, ease, and freedom in a world that often demands too much.
