Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax.
Into a nice and relaxed state.
Landing back in the body.
Feeling into the body.
Feeling into the sensation of the body.
The sensations of the body always here,
Always now.
Allowing the awareness to land in the body.
Feeling the body.
The body resting.
Feeling into this resting body.
Feeling the breath.
Fills you up with air.
Maybe you can even feel the heartbeat.
Your heart beating blood and nutrients to all parts of the body.
Just observing this beautiful organic machinery.
Just observing this mystery of life.
Millions of cells in your body.
All working to keep you alive.
All in one community.
Just stay a little bit with all of this.
Staying with your body.
This body,
This DNA evolved through millennia to become this form.
And to give birth to you in this moment.
And so far everything that happened have led up to this moment.
Now.
A moment of meditation.
Nothing you need to do.
Just being.
Feeling into your body.
Staying with the mystery.
And if you want to,
You can enjoy this subtle gratefulness and thankfulness.
For just being.
Just relaxing and enjoying.
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
And before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths.
And fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.
For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.
And get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
