Guy teaches yoga and meditation from the perspective that everyone is unique – no two bodies, minds or hearts are exactly the same. He believes that practice is about discovering, embracing and acting from our deepest, most authentic self. His classes offer a fusion of seated and moving meditation, slowly flowing Vinyasa, powerfully held Hatha postures, contemplative Yin, breath work, and guided meditation and relaxation. He also integrates other movement modalities, including Qi Gong, contemporary mobility practice, and neurological training.
