Welcome to our grounding gong guided meditation.
By now I'm sure you're comfortable in your seat.
Filled in by the heavy waves of these deeply grounding vibrations.
This meditation was designed to ground us firmly in our bodies and to bring us full presence and awareness of the moment.
Allow yourself to sink into your seat as we embody these profoundly healing waves.
We will begin with some gentle breathing into the vibrations to ease into these powerful frequencies.
Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your nose.
Each breath grounding us deeper into our bodies.
Another breath in through your nose and breathe out through your nose.
One more breath in through your nose and breathe out through your nose.
Now allow your body and mind to relax to the sounds for a few moments.
I now invite you to bring your awareness to the base of your spine.
I want you to visualize your spine connecting with the earth below you and this connection being amplified by the vibrations of the gong.
Feel how the sound waves pulse heavily through your body all the way down your spine,
Connecting you with your body and the earth below you.
Each strike deepening your connection to the present,
Deepening your connection with your legs and your feet and filling you with presence while weighing your body and mind into a deep grounded relaxation.
Imagine these heavy waves magnetizing the base of your spine to the ground below you,
Bringing you deeper into yourself and more present in your body.
Each strike sinking you deeper into yourself,
Deeper into your body.
Let's magnify this grounding presence with a few more gentle breaths in through our nose.
Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your nose.
Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your nose.
Imagine one more gentle breath in through your nose and breathe out through your nose.
You are fully present in this experience,
Grounding your consciousness into your body.
Each wave flowing in through your ears as a sound travels down to the base of your spine,
Deepening your connection to yourself.
Feel each strike grounding you with the power of in the moment presence and awareness.
When we aren't grounded,
Our lives can feel messy and unclear,
Unstable and chaotic.
By taking this time to connect with your body,
You can find clarity in who and what you are,
Confident and grounded in your being,
Here for this incredible human experience.
Notice the depth of these sounds as you listen to them,
Pulsing their vibrant waves through every inch of you,
Taking you deeper and deeper into yourself.
Just breathe.
Allow these waves to move through your core,
Bringing you back into your legs,
Present and self-aware.
Just breathe.
Observe how these waves ripple through your body,
Penetrating your muscles,
Your bones,
Your cells,
Solidifying your presence in the now,
Grounded and aware.
Let's take a few more deeper breaths in through our nose,
And this time we will exhale through our mouth.
Slow deep breath in,
And exhale through your mouth.
Another slow deep breath in through your nose,
And exhale through your mouth.
And one more deep breath in through your nose,
And exhale through your mouth.
Now feel how present you are in your body,
Completely grounded in place,
Conscious and aware of how you feel on the inside and the out.
The heavy waves work beautifully within us as they weigh our consciousness comfortably into our bodies,
Allowing us to feel complete presence in the moment,
Grounded and clear.
Our body and mind are grounded,
And the first part of our journey has come to an end.
Though you may continue to listen to the gong and explore where your mind might take you on your own from this point on.
