Get comfy and close your eyes for this one minute meditation.

Join me with a big delicious sigh.

We breathe in,

I want you to start by thanking yourself,

Smiling softly,

Feeling the warmth in your heart of the self love that you are giving yourself in this moment,

Even in the midst of a busy day.

Really feel that gratitude,

Thanking yourself with a soft smile and a warm heart.

Take a moment to feel into your body,

From head to toe,

How is your body feeling right now?

Where are you feeling any tensions?

Can you start breathing a little bit deeper?

I invite you to repeat these affirmations after me.

I am here because I love myself.

I am healing and growing every day.

I am exactly where I am supposed to be.

Wonderful.

Now go on with your day from a place of groundedness and calmness.
