Welcome back.
On this edition of Modern Goddess Living,
We will settle in for some musings and meditations.
Today,
The element of water.
Finding your flow.
The element of water is deeply connected to emotions.
The moon.
Nourishment and healing.
Psychic abilities and intuition.
Here we find this loving flow of receptive and passive energy.
Our bodies are made of mostly water.
And our emotions.
How we speak and receive others has a great effect on our bodies.
As well as our minds.
We are affected by the phases of the moon.
Much like the low and high tides.
It's important to be aware of our energy.
What we are putting out during these times of receiving.
Of planning.
And of release.
As you sit or lie down.
Close your eyes and begin to tap into your breath.
And grasp at it.
Fall into its rhythm slowly.
Connect with the soft breath in to fill up the belly and the lungs.
And exhale to release.
As the body settles.
The stirrings of the mind slow down.
Allow them to lessen their grip on any tension.
Any soreness.
Or dis-ease.
Find a gentle pulse start to begin as you breathe in and out.
Like gentle waves lapping up against the shore.
Allow it to smooth over any remaining rough edges.
Sushing away anything not serving you in this moment.
Allow yourself to be passive.
Receptive.
A simple observer of the present moment.
Your intuition and your breath as your guide.
Simply allow yourself to float in this space.
To quiet,
Open space.
Like a wave of warm water washing over you.
To cleanse,
Purify.
And release that which you no longer need.
And allow for space to fill yourself back up with renewed energy.
As though you are effortlessly floating down a gentle river.
Passively carried along with trust.
Being washed of anything in your way of healing and evolving.
Simply fall into that rhythm for a few breaths.
See if you can notice any depleted areas.
And begin to fill yourself back up with each breath in that you take.
Draw in love,
Nourishment,
And soothing healing energy.
To feel stable,
Peaceful,
Graceful,
And full.
Call upon this element anytime to work on love,
Purification,
And intuition.
