Riding the waves of breath.

I invite you now to find a comfortable sitting position with your feet flat on the floor and your hands gently resting on your lap.

Close your eyes if that is comfortable for you.

Imagine your breath is the breeze that moves the waves on the ocean.

Each deep inhale draws the water to you and reveals the beautiful golden sand that's underneath and each slow exhale gently rolls the waves onto the beach and paints wonderful pictures into the sand.

Deeply inhale watching the gentle playful waves and slowly exhale even let out a big sigh when you feel like it.

Observing the patterns in the sand that the waves created.

We will repeat this four times now and during that notice how relaxed you are,

How wonderfully clear your thinking becomes and when your mind starts to wander gently bring your focus back to the ocean waves and your breath.

Deeply inhale watching the gentle playful waves and slowly exhale let out a sigh when you feel like it.

Observing the patterns in the sand that the waves created.

Deeply inhale watching the playful waves slowly exhale let out that sigh.

Observing the patterns in the sand.

Deeply inhale watching the waves slowly exhale sigh.

Observing the beautiful patterns in the sand.

One last time deeply inhale watching the gentle playful waves and slowly exhale let out a big sigh.

Observing the beautiful patterns in the sand that the waves created.

And when you come back into the here and now slowly open your eyes wiggle your body from the toes to your bottom to your fingers and your head and feel how much more energy you have.

And welcome back.
