Explore MeditationHelen is originally from the UK and relocated to Costa Rica in 2022 after retiring from her career as a police officer. She is a certified yoga and meditation teacher with over 700 hours of yoga teacher training and has been teaching since 2013. Her teaching certifications include Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Classical Kundalini, Yoga for Stress, Burnout & Fatigue, Trauma Sensitive, Menopause Yoga, Yoga For Athletes and Yoga Nidra. She is also trained in Reiki I & II. Helen teaches vinyasa flow style classes but also focusses on practices for menopause, stress relief, building strength and maintaining mobility for a healthy mid life.
