Many neurodivergent people carry a painful tension between longing to be understood and fearing judgment, criticism, rejection, or exposure. Shame can quietly shape our lives without us even realising it—hiding beneath masking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, or the fear of being "too much" or "not enough." In this gentle guided meditation, you'll be invited to explore your inner world through body awareness, colours, shapes, and compassionate parts work. Together, we'll gently meet the protective parts that have learned to hide to keep you safe, while exploring the fears that may be holding you back from being fully seen. This practice offers a space to understand the relationship between ADHD, shame, and emotional dysregulation, while cultivating greater self-acceptance, compassion, and emotional safety. You are worthy of being seen. You are worthy of love. You are worthy of support. And you do not have to hide who you are to belong.
