Over the years, I have trained and practiced in multiple wellbeing modalities, including Meditation, Mindfulness Coaching, Qigong / Mindful Movement, Reiki, Sound and Voice Healing through the British Academy of Sound, and become a Certified Heal Your Life Coach through Louise L. Hay. I’m passionate about helping people release the control that stress, anxiety, depression and disease has over their thoughts. By becoming the best version of yourself, you free yourself from the fear of failure and the fear of success, refrain from judging yourself and others, stop procrastinating and drop the negative self-talk. You learn how to work to your strengths, recognising and accepting that you can be anything, but you can’t be everything.
