Each week I tailor a new mindfulness session by incorporating ten affirmations to different parts of our lives. What we tell ourselves creates the life we live. This week's concept focuses on healing the body and promoting great health. Practice kindness and self-care by repeating positive statements that will allow healing and great health to come into our lives.

Weekly affirmations,

Healing and great health.

Find yourself in a comfortable position.

Allow distractions to simply fade away.

Maybe you're sitting or lying down and if it feels right close your eyes.

Allow your body to soften and relax.

If you are in physical discomfort,

Try to get in any position that helps alleviate the pain.

Repeat these affirmations in your mind.
