Welcome to today's meditation.
I'm so grateful that you're here.
An opportunity for you to show up in the energy that you are in and to allow yourself to take off.
The performative mask that we have to usually wear throughout the day.
Allow yourself a moment to drop the shoulders.
To unclench the jaw.
And to allow yourself to show up in the energy that you are in.
I would invite you to get curious today about your body.
And what it would like to show you.
If your mind wanders or your shopping list or to-do list come up,
Know that that is normal.
And to allow yourself the curiosity and grace to move through the meditation as you see fit.
I would invite you to start with a deep exhale out of your mouth.
Taking as many as you'd like to allow the stagnant air to leave your vessel.
With every exhale,
Allowing your shoulders to drop just a little bit more,
Your heart to open and your mind to soften.
You are exactly where you are supposed to be.
And there is nothing for you to do except to be here with self while listening to the sound of my voice.
Take slow and steady breaths through the nose.
And a sigh out of the mouth.
Breathing in through the nose.
And a sigh out of the mouth.
With every exhale and sigh,
I invite you to allow yourself to fully express in the ways that you would like to.
How are you at the club with two shots of tequila?
Or who are you when nobody is watching?
Giving yourself the grace.
And the opportunity now.
To allow the animalistic side of you.
The frustrations,
The grief,
The anger,
Maybe even the joy.
That we haven't allowed ourselves to feel or maybe even had the time to feel.
With every exhale,
With every sigh.
Allowing yourself a little bit more grace and permission.
To show up in the energy that you need.
Breathing in together one last time.
With a big exhale out of the mouth.
Notice if you need to shimmy or shake your body.
Swear,
Or scream on the top of your lungs.
This is a safe space for you.
To show up.
Knowing that when you show up in your authentic energy,
You are guided to your highest path in destiny.
And invite you to notice.
How you'd like to feel today.
If it's the beginning of the day,
The middle of the day,
Or the end of the day.
Setting an intention for the way that you desire to feel.
Throughout the meditation.
Or just throughout the day,
The week,
Or your life.
And give yourself a moment to truly feel in.
To that energy.
Noticing where it lives inside of your body.
Noticing if constrictions come up.
Or beliefs around that energy.
If your breath gets tighter.
Or if you feel a softening inside of the body.
When allowing yourself to tap into that energy.
Today,
We're just going to meditate and allow ourselves to feel in to the expressions and the feeling that we really want to call into our lives.
Simple breathing,
Natural cycle.
Don't worry too much about what your breath is doing,
Where your mind is wandering,
What's happening around you.
Take the next couple of moments to really just allow yourself to feel how you desire to feel.
When the body can feel into the emotions that we desire,
It remembers that it has felt this desire before.
And when the body remembers,
It will call it in faster.
Maybe offer up an opportunity daily or weekly for you to sit and check in with yourself and this emotion or desire that you're calling in.
Thank the body for giving you an opportunity to feel it.
Thank your mind for the opportunity to visualize.
And thank your body for the opportunity to feel in to what is coming in for you You are the healer.
You are the gift.
Allow yourself the opportunity to feel into your power.
And know that everything you desire,
Desires you.
Feel into this emotion as long as you like Repeat this meditation as much as you feel called.
And allow yourself to truly tap in to the feelings that you desire
