Allowing yourself a deep exhale for the beautiful work that you've put in today.

The energy,

The wisdom,

The grace that you've held throughout the whole day.

Allowing yourself to fully exhale to ground in your energy.

Taking as many exhales as you need to release and to fold into yourself to end the day.

I invite you to think about something that you're really proud of from today.

A situation that you handled well.

A moment that you chose differently.

A moment where you allowed a new outcome.

Or maybe just the fact that you got yourself out of bed this morning and did the best that you could throughout the day.

Giving yourself grace in this moment for showing up for your evening meditation.

That is more than enough.

Allowing yourself to release and to place down the weight you've carried today.

The weight of others,

The weight of your own life.

Giving yourself permission to end the day with a little bit more grace,

Grounding,

And breath.

Breathing in through the nose for as long as you like.

And when you're ready,

Taking a deep exhale out of the mouth.

Allowing this exhale to be slow,

Strong,

Loud,

Forceful.

However the body is asking of you to release.

I invite you to allow that.

Are there any stretches or movements that your body is craving?

Do your hips need to be shaken?

Do your arms need to be stretched?

Do your ankles want a little sway to open them up?

I invite you to give your body what it's craving and allow it to unwind with you.

After you explore the notions of the body and the cravings,

I invite you into a very simple breathing exercise to help you to slow the mind,

Slow the body,

And awaken the soul.

For peaceful dreams and a restful night's sleep,

Breathing in twice through the nose and twice out of the mouth.

Allow this breath to be the rhythm that you choose.

A sway,

A song that helps you to go to sleep,

That helps you to unwind.

We're going to do 10 of these at the pace that works best for you.

Breathing in through the nose twice and out of the mouth twice.

Six more at the pace that feels best for you,

Allowing your day to roll off.

Allowing the weight to be dropped,

To be lowered.

Allowing your soul to catch up.

Allowing this new air to come into the body to fill you up as you slow it down.

Finishing up the last couple of breaths,

I invite you to notice the slowing of the body.

The slowing of the mind.

The fold of the physical vessel.

I invite you to notice your clothes on your body.

The sounds that you hear.

The smells that you smell.

The way that your fingers feel as you rub them together.

I invite you to think about what you'd like to bring forward for the next day.

Maybe you hope tomorrow to wake up with more peace,

To wake up with some clarity,

To wake up in meditation,

To wake up in peace.

I invite you in this moment of slowed consciousness to invite in the intention that you will see tomorrow.

How do you desire to feel?

And allow yourself to fully feel how the body is integrating that desire.

Taking one more deep breath in through the nose and allowing it to be released out of the mouth.

I invite you to notice how the body feels after taking a couple of moments of breath and honoring the work that you've put in today.

I'm proud of you.

You are a superstar.

Allow your mind to rest.

You've done great work today.

I'll see you again tomorrow.
