Good morning.
Starting your day with some simple breaths to help you to feel connected to your body and to understand the cues of what it may be showing you.
As always,
Starting your morning with a deep exhale out of the mouth.
Releasing anything that you may have stored overnight or from the other days.
Giving yourself permission to fill up your cup before you fill up others.
Knowing that when your cup is full,
You have something to pour from.
And you can move through your day with a little bit more strength and grounding.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and filling up the body with air.
And when you feel full,
Exhaling out of the mouth.
We're going to do two more of those breaths.
As calm,
As slow,
And as rhythmic as you choose.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And with this last one,
I invite you to fill up the body with air,
As if you're filling it up all the way from the tips of your toes to the top of your crown.
And then I invite you to exhale out of the mouth.
I invite you to notice where the breath is in the body today.
Where you feel the breath,
Where it may be lingering or stagnant,
Or maybe the areas where it's flowing beautifully.
This week,
We're learning about the cues of the body through the stagnation or flow of breath.
I invite you to notice with curiosity and with love versus shame and guilt,
Where the breath is in the body,
Where your body could use a little bit more breath.
And I invite you to send natural breath to that area.
Maybe there's an area of pain within the physical vessel.
Maybe there's an area that you just feel stagnant and tight.
Allow new air to flow in through the body,
As you just noticed today.
As you send intentional deep breaths to that area,
I invite you to tell your body that it's safe,
Safe to release,
Safe to flow,
Safe to open.
And notice,
As you send the breath to those areas,
How the body starts to respond.
Starting your day filling up the body with air helps you to feel strong to move through the rest of the day.
A very simple practice that helps us to understand our body and the cues a little bit more.
What do you need today?
And how can we give that to you?
Through breath,
Through acknowledgement,
Through release,
Breathing in that natural breath,
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
As many times as you need to feel good,
Full and grounded to start your day.
Knowing you are strong,
You are worthy and you are more than enough.
Remembering that you can come back to your breaths anytime during the day.
That you need a little bit of boost of air.
The power of breath is magical and underrated.
Allow it to be part of your power,
Sending new light,
Life to the body.
Breathing in one last time together,
Filling the body up with air and exhaling out of the mouth.
Allow miracles to arrive for you today and I can't wait to see you again tomorrow.
Have a beautiful day.
