This is a guided meditation to help you in a space of renewal.

To renew,

To recommit,

To begin again.

A fresh new energy,

A new way of being.

Embodied awareness that will your senses.

First,

I invite you to begin again.

Your posture is relaxed.

Your breath is effortless and steady.

Inhale,

Relax your body.

Exhale,

Ground into the earth.

Inhale,

Relax your spine.

Exhale,

Slow,

Arriving here in this moment.

Relax your jaw,

Your shoulders,

Your face,

Your entire body.

I invite you to set an inquiry for this practice.

Why are you here?

Perhaps to practice being present,

To experience some peace,

To be at ease,

Natural state.

Simply embracing the miracle of your breath.

What might be blocking you,

If at all?

What is perhaps coming between you?

Be gentle,

Be open and compassionate to whatever arises for you.

It's okay to cry,

Smile,

Experience joy,

Steadiness.

Just be feeling into all the sensation physically and notice your nervous system.

Feeling relaxed and grounded with each inhale and exhale.

As Buddha once said,

Do not pursue the past.

Do not run into the future for the past no longer is and the future is not yet here.

Sink into your breath with the music as you guide yourself back to just you and the miracle of your breath.

Just like that.

Inhale,

Slowly hold.

Inhale,

Expanding heart,

Your lungs and exhale.

Inhale through your nose,

Exhale,

Inhale and exhale with a ha.

And now just come back to a natural breathing.

Notice how you feel.

Notice any change in sensations,

Awareness,

Thoughts.

I invite you to bring one hand to your heart and your other hand on top of your hand on your heart and with the touch of your hand,

Offer yourself immense love.

Perhaps bring a smile to your face.

Acknowledge your entire being and offer yourself gratitude and appreciation for making this time for yourself.

Relax your hands.

Now you may come back to this practice daily to experience this ease and renewed sense of being.

Ease and full of joy.
