This guided meditation audio will use powerful techniques to help you sink into a deep state of relaxation.
So please be sure that wherever you are listening to this audio,
You are in a safe and comfortable place,
Free from distractions,
Where you can fully relax and let go.
Please make sure you are sitting or lying comfortably in a place where you are free from interruptions,
Where you can focus only on yourself and enjoy this time just for you.
Should you need to open your eyes at any time,
Your subconscious mind will alert you and you will easily come out of this beautiful state of relaxation.
But for now,
Make sure your head is fully supported and that you are as comfortable as you can be as you gently close your eyes and begin your journey of enhanced physical and mental wellbeing.
Settle down into a comfortable position.
Make sure you are free from distractions and that you are sitting or lying comfortably with your head supported and your arms and legs uncrossed.
Now close your eyes and allow your breath to slow right down as you listen to the sounds of my voice and let me guide you through a journey of healing and calm.
I would like you now to allow your mind to drift off to a beautiful garden.
You look around and there's a vast array of vibrant,
Colourful flowers all around you.
The scent fills the air and the sun is shining.
The temperature is just as you like it.
The lush green grass is freshly cut and you feel safe and calm.
There are tall trees gently swaying in the breeze and not a cloud in the sky.
You notice a comfortable looking reclinable chair and you take a seat,
Adjusting it to your desired position.
You're amazed at just how comfortable it is as your body sinks right down and the thick padded cushions support you perfectly.
You can hear birds chatting and playing happily all in the trees above.
You feel happy and you allow your muscles to release as you sink in the comfort of your garden of peace.
This is your garden of peace and tranquility.
You look ahead at the beautiful landscape of fields that stretch out to rolling hills and you notice that the sun is slowly setting.
You watch as the sun fills the sky with all different shades of oranges and reds as it slowly reaches the horizon.
The birds are quietening down now and all around you,
You feel that the garden is getting ready for rest as the sun slowly sets.
You watch as the clouds hide between the beautiful colours and the light emanating from the sun seems almost like a healing light shining just for you.
You allow yourself to go further into relaxation now as the sun goes lower and lower,
Deeper and deeper.
With every long slow breath you take,
You notice how the sun sinks just a little more and how you go deeper into your state of total calm and comfort.
You watch as the sun sets completely leaving a lovely warm feeling that spreads across the fields and garden and this lovely warm feeling spreads throughout you now.
Your mind and body as you feel more and more connected to the words I'm saying and to the changes about to come.
You are now in a deep state of relaxation where your subconscious mind is now open to receiving new and positive suggestions.
When it is time to sleep,
You drift off into the most incredible restful sleep,
Closing down any thoughts,
Telling your mind it's time to rest,
Allowing your body to relax and release any tension,
Any thoughts or worries,
Anxieties can wait until tomorrow.
They will be there for you when you wake up,
For you to continue thinking about them if you choose to.
But for now,
I want you to imagine that you are in a special place,
A place that is outside,
A place where you feel calm and relaxed.
Perhaps you're on a beautiful beach,
Garden or outside in nature,
Wherever it is,
You love it here.
It's a special place where you feel safe and at peace.
In this place,
You can see a hammock resting between two strong trees.
You walk towards the hammock and gently climb into it.
As you lie down on the hammock,
It starts to gently rock you,
Swaying from side to side.
It's the swaying motion that quickly puts you into a deep sleep.
The hammock sways to and fro,
And as it sways to and fro,
You can see the scenery change.
Your eyeline moves from perhaps the sky to the ocean or whatever you can see in your beautiful place.
You feel so sleepy with this rocking motion,
Like being a baby once again and cradled in a loved one's arms,
Feeling yourself getting more and more tired,
Your body feeling more and more relaxed,
Your mind nice.
You feel safe and at peace.
As you start to drift off to sleep,
Sleeping comes so easily and effortlessly for you when you are in your hammock.
You easily think of this hammock every time you want to fall asleep.
Imagine yourself swaying with the gentle wind in your hair,
Perhaps the sun shining on your face,
Soothing and relaxing you more and more with each to and fro sway.
You enjoy going into a deeper and deeper sleep each and every night,
Where you dream so deeply,
The most positive,
Profound,
Spiritual,
Beautiful dreams.
You fall asleep so easily now,
Drifting off to your special place,
Feeling so well-rested the next day.
You enjoy the benefits a great night's sleep brings you,
Helping you to drift off to sleep easily night after night.
When you sleep well,
You feel more confident,
More awake,
More motivated,
More productive,
More focused.
You have more energy and more ability to do all the things you set yourself.
You congratulate yourself on your ability to drift into a deeper sleep so easily now.
Sleep well,

Sleep well.
If you want to continue sleeping,
You will ignore the following suggestions to awaken,
And you will continue to sleep until you wake up at a time you set yourself.
However,
If you do wish to wake,
You will do so easily and effortlessly by listening to the following.
All these positive are now firmly embedded in your subconscious mind and will grow stronger and stronger day by day,
Stronger by the day,
Stronger by the hour,
Stronger by the minute.
And when you are ready,
You will gently emerge from your state of relaxation,
Open your eyes,
