Heather's yoga instructor training includes multiple styles of yoga such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative. Heather has taught yoga for ten years, focusing on small groups and private clients and developing personalized guided meditations for relaxation, sleep, anxiety relief, and healing. Heather combines her knowledge of different healing modalities for overall whole-body wellness, with a strong focus on healing trauma (individual and ancestral). She leads treatments, sessions, and meditations from a heart-centered, trauma-informed space.
