I sit quietly.
I let the body relax.
And as the body becomes calm,
I focus my thoughts inside.
I visualize my own identity as a being of light.
Aware of my own spiritual existence,
I reach another dimension,
The dimension of light.
And here,
In a space of infinity,
In a space of silence,
I enter the presence of the Supreme.
A point of light,
Infinitesimal and yet radiating light into infinity.
A point of light which is the ocean of love.
As I make this connection,
The love of the ocean surrounds me.
I begin to absorb this love within my own being,
And the power of this love restores hope.
I begin to have hope for myself.
I begin to have hope in myself.
I know that change is possible.
I know that the power of God's love will make impossible things become possible.
I fill myself with this power of love.
I can feel God's love reaching me.
And as I absorb this love,
I can actually radiate it out into the universe.
God's love spreads out into the universe,
Lifting hope,
Awakening souls.
The power of God's love makes me aware of the vast human family to which I belong.
There is an interconnectedness with every human being.
We share the same parent,
We are part of the same family.
The love reaches out even to the elements of nature.
In the awareness of God's light,
Of peace,
Of love,
I become the instrument to share these qualities with the world.
I begin to discover joy.
The sweetness of this love reminds me that in my original state,
There is nothing but happiness.
This is what God would like for me.
I'm willing to let go of the waves of pain and sorrow and simply absorb power and happiness.
Peace,
Love,
Joy are the gifts that I receive from God.
I keep these safe within my awareness.
I come back to the consciousness of my physical surroundings.
But even as I do this,
I maintain the awareness of my eternal identity,
My eternal connection with God and the gifts that He has given.
