We're going to dive into visualization for the heart chakra.
So in the center,
Imagine there is a green ball of light.
And this green ball of light is expanding,
It's getting bigger each inhale.
And it's getting brighter each exhale.
Notice the size of this light ball in the center of your chest.
Notice the green glow is spreading your whole chest.
On the inhale,
It's light,
It's getting bigger.
Exhale,
It's getting brighter.
Take a few more deep breaths,
Visualizing this green ball of light.
Begin to let go of that light.
You take that energy coming from this light ball.
You visualize yourself.
You're standing in a forest and you're surrounded by green.
And whenever you look up towards the leaves,
The trees,
Notice the lush green color just above.
When you look down,
You see the green grass.
And when you turn,
It's green wherever you look.
Notice how you feel the grass underneath your feet.
Visualize being barefoot and standing on the grass.
Noticing any sounds,
The birds near you,
The sun on your face,
Warmth on your skin,
Smell in the air,
The wind in your hair.
And then you walk towards the big tree.
You stand in front of the trunk.
You gaze up towards the sky.
And everything you see is green leaves.
Begin to gently climb the tree,
Feeling connected.
Every step of the way.
And as you begin to climb up,
Notice the green leaves next to you.
Notice the energy of the tree.
You feel safe and secure.
You're like health,
But a tree,
Same as the branches and the leaves.
Once you get to the center of the tree,
Gently sit on the big branch.
Sit down and close your eyes.
With your hands,
You gently feel the leaves,
Feel the trunk.
You feel connected.
You feel health.
Take a few deep breaths in the surrounding.
Notice how you feel.
And in the center of your chest,
Just where that light bulb,
That green bulb,
Was located,
Right there you have a green rosebud,
And it's closed.
And with each inhale,
The rosebud begins to open up,
One petal after another.
The rosebud begins to blossom into a flower.
Notice how,
One by one,
The petals are opening,
Until the center of your chest,
You have a pink rosebud,
And this openness,
Opening of the rosebud,
The vulnerability that's in this flower.
Now,
Notice the same vulnerability in yourself.
How easy it is for you to open up to yourself and others.
If you close down your petals one by one,
You shy away.
Or if you open them and blossom,
Notice how you feel being vulnerable.
That is something that comes easy to you,
Something that is really hard.
Because usually it is.
And gently bring your attention back to your breath.
Still notice how you're sitting in the center of the tree,
Grateful for the new insights you have on vulnerability and openness.
Noticing how you feel around that topic,
Just accepting where you are right now.
And slowly make your way back down to the earth,
Looking back at the tree.
And then you slowly begin to walk away.
And you come back here to this moment,
Back into the room where you are right now.
Noticing you lie on your mat.
Notice your breath.
Slowly begin to bring back a little movement,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Circle your wrists and your ankles.
And any movement that comes naturally right now.
You can release your hands from your heart.
Take a deep breath in for the nose.
And out for the mouth.
Two more inhales.
Exhale.
Last one,
Inhale.
And release.
On the next inhale,
Big stretch,
Reach your arms over your head.
On the exhale,
Hug your knees into your chest.
Relax the shoulders and your neck.
