Welcome to this seated meditation,

I invite you to take a seat in a chair with a firm back,

Preferably one that goes all the way up to your shoulders,

Putting your bottom all the way into the back of the chair,

Feet firmly on the ground,

Flat,

Rolling the shoulders back,

Bringing yourself into a comfortable seated position,

Taking a deep breath,

Feeling your feet placed upon the earth,

Noticing your toes,

Noticing your heel,

Noticing your knees and your thighs and your hips,

Noticing your stomach,

Your ribs,

Rolling back your shoulders,

Relaxing your arms,

Relaxing your fingers,

Relaxing your neck,

Relaxing your jaw,

Relaxing your eyelids and your forehead,

As you become aware of any sounds in the room around you,

Any air conditioners or fans,

As you become aware of any sounds outside of your room,

Maybe the road,

An animal,

Neighbours,

Just listen and observe,

Becoming aware of any smells or scents in your room or on your body,

Maybe a perfume or some wooden furniture,

Noticing and observing any scents or smells and on the next breath,

Noticing any sensations in your body,

The firm chair on your bottom or your back and on the next breath,

Noticing any sensations within the physical body,

Any tightness,

Restriction,

Cramping,

Without judgment,

Just awareness,

You might like to describe the shape,

The colour,

The tingling or sensation of this feeling,

Just using words to describe it,

Again without judgment and on the next breath,

We're going to breathe deep into our lungs and send the energy to this part of the body,

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Sending energy to that part of the body,

Repeating this in your own time,

Knowing that our breath,

It encompasses all the light and love of the universe,

Breathing new life into our body and as you breathe out,

That light and love expands through your whole body,

Radiating through your aura,

Through the physical body,

The layers of air that surround your body,

You are now completely encompassed with light and love,

As you continue to breathe deeply,

I invite you to set the intention to fully receive this beautiful energy of love and light into the depth of your cells,

Saying gently to yourself,

I am open to receiving,

I am open to receiving,

I am open to receiving,

I am totally worthy of love and light,

I am totally worthy of love and light,

I am totally worthy of love and light,

I am now open to receiving all the gifts of the universe,

I am now open to receiving all the gifts of the universe,

I am now open to receiving all the gifts of the universe,

Smiling with your face,

Smiling with your heart,

Smiling with every cell of your physical body,

Smiling with every element of air,

Matter,

Energy that surrounds your physical body,

Illuminating and radiating this divine light from your heart into the space around your physical body,

Taking it all in,

Accepting,

Receiving,

Knowing that you are truly worthy and that you are truly loved,

Gently rolling the neck,

Rolling the shoulders,

As you feel this new energy in this new space embody and anchor into the physical cells,

You have been encoded with a new frequency,

A new vibration,

Gently rolling the shoulders back,

Feeling into the physical body,

Feeling your feet on the ground,

Gently rotating your ankles,

Gently becoming aware of your legs and your hips,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your torso,

Your neck and your head,

Arching the back,

Stretching the chest,

Now I invite you to place your hands over your eyes,

Just rub your hands together first,

Rubbing your hands together,

Creating some heat and some friction and gently placing your hands over your eyes,

Breathing in deeply,

Two more breaths here,

One more,

When you're ready,

Flutter your eyes open with your hands still covering your eyes,

And gently remove your hands from your eyes,

Coming back into the room,

Coming back into your space,

Really feeling your feet and your bottom on your chair,

As we ground back into the here and now,

Back into the physical,

The 3D world,

As we say thank you to the guides,

Guardians,

Angels,

Assistants that have assisted us with this meditation,

Taking some deep breaths,

Gently moving the body,

Gently coming back into your 3D space,

Taking your time,

Really grounding in,

I invite you if you need to,

To just take it slow for the next five or 10 minutes,

Maybe get a glass of water,

Making sure you're fully present,
