Good morning beautiful family,

Welcome to the bliss community,

This is your morning meditation.

I welcome in and am open to receiving joy,

Love and abundance today,

This day.

Taking your arms in front of you straight,

Bringing them to the sides and bringing them above your head,

Clasping your hands together.

Take a deep breath together,

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Lower your hands to your forehead,

Giving gratitude and thanks for all that we have experienced,

All that we have been through to bring us to this point today.

And bringing our hands in prayer position to our chest,

The outer edges of the thumb,

Lightly touching the heart space,

Your fingers are spread and connected to the opposite hand,

Feeling a small space between your two palms,

Like a little hollow and you might feel some energy congregate here,

If you don't that's okay,

But just taking your awareness to the space between your two palms,

While your fingers are all touching the left to the right,

As we gently hold that awareness of the thumb on our heart space,

Taking three breaths here and there.

In your own time,

Knowing that you are completely loved,

You are completely whole,

You are complete,

Just as you are.

There is nothing to be fixed,

Nothing to be healed,

Just accepting this moment.

And then when you're ready,

Gently place your hands on your legs,

Palms facing upwards,

Extending the spine,

Straightening the back,

Becoming aware of the crown of your head,

The very top,

And just lifting it one or two centimetres even higher towards the cosmos,

And just gently lifting the chin and then tucking it back in,

Lifting the back of the neck,

Expanding the space between each vertebrae,

And we'll take three deep breaths in this position,

In your own time,

And you might like to do a couple of neck rolls in both directions,

A couple of gentle shoulder rolls,

Rolling the shoulders backwards,

And rolling the shoulders forwards,

Gently stretching the back out,

Having your hands clasped together in front of you,

Rolling the shoulders inwards,

And stretching across the back of your shoulder blades as you reach forward and round.

And then the same thing at the back,

Clasping your hands at the back,

And rolling the shoulders together at the back,

Expanding the chest out,

And shake it all out.

And then coming back into that rest position,

Palms facing upwards,

Resting on the knees,

Or on the floor beside you if you're lying down,

Bringing your attention to your forehead,

The space at the bridge of your nose and just up a little bit,

Also known as the third eye,

Just gently bringing your awareness to your forehead,

Relaxing your eyelids,

Maybe even just flutter them or open them a couple of times.

And here we'll take three deep breaths in your own time with your attention on the forehead,

Witnessing and observing the mind become clear,

As the thoughts wash away,

The shoulds,

The coulds,

The must,

The need to,

Just simply disappear.

It's just like we're wiping the whiteboard clear,

Just gently focusing on the forehead,

And feeling those deep breaths just naturally come into your body,

With every breath receiving more light,

More energy,

More life force.

And with each breath,

Drawing that energy into our solar plexus,

Just bringing your attention to your solar plexus,

That sweet spot between your ribs,

And in your own time,

Taking three deep breaths at the solar plexus,

Taking three deep breaths at the solar plexus,

And one more,

Breathing in,

And breathing out.

The next point of focus is the tummy,

If it feels comfortable,

Gently placing your hands on your tummy,

And just take a moment to feel any sensations,

Any tenderness,

And in your own time,

Taking three deep breaths,

Buddha breaths,

Breathing deep into the tummy,

Expanding the tummy out,

Breathing out,

Breathing in,

Expanding the tummy out,

Hold gently,

And breathing out slowly,

Breathing in,

Hold for one,

Breathe out.

We're going to continue with these Buddha breaths,

Breathing in,

Expanding the belly,

Hold for one,

Slowly breathing out,

Breathing in,

In,

Expand the belly,

Hold for one,

Breathing out.

Continuing that pattern in your own time,

Feeling the breath and the energy move all the way down to your tummy.

It's kind of like the lower tummy,

Just below your navel.

And then the next point where we're going to bring our focus is the tip of the tailbone.

I like to think about it as the space between the pelvis,

Bringing your awareness to the tip of your tailbone,

Also referred to as your root chakra.

This is a point of grounding,

Stability,

Security,

Financial safety,

Your home,

Your family,

And your community.

And here,

We're just going to take three breaths in our own time with your awareness on the tip of your tailbone.

And on the next breath,

Bringing your awareness back to your hands as they're gently resting on your legs,

Palms facing upwards,

Feeling the ease of the breath,

The lightness in your mind,

Your body,

And your spirit.

To close this meditation,

We're going to have a dedication to Mother Earth,

Just gently bringing your awareness to your feet,

Or the part of you that's touching the chair or the ground.

Mother Earth,

Gaia,

Pachamama,

You are the priestess and the goddess of all ceremony here on Earth.

Your love,

Your nurturing,

The way you hold and support us.

Just like the plants in the garden,

The trees in the forest,

You are there to support our roots and hold us firmly.

Your love is always unconditional.

Your beauty and your grace,

Something to behold.

The rivers,

The mountains,

The valleys,

The beaches,

The ocean,

All plant animals,

We thank you as you remind us to be grateful.

And we have gratitude for spending and living this life here on Mother Earth.

Gracias,

Gracias,

Gracias.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

With all of our heart,

All of our light.

Amen.

Amen.

Taking a deep breath in,

Reminding yourself,

You are worthy.

You are so abundant.

Your heart is filled with joy,

And there is love in each and every moment.

Thank you for listening.

Have a wonderful day and hope to see you soon.

Bye now.
